CJ has been pretty easy to use, although the site is a little outdated and slow but overall Ive had a good experience with it. Their customer service is awesome. Angel has been really great and very patient with me asking a million questions. She's been very thorough and helped explain things in an easy to understand way which I appreciate. Especially being a new business owner and just starting to deal with ecommerce and inventory. It can be overwhelming but she has made the experience better for me. Thanks Angel!

I am very happy with this app, they have a 24 hour WhatsApp for support and are super helpful. Angel, my agent is very knowledge and when I get stuck, Angel takes screenshots to help guide me through the process step by step! Highly recommend!

It was daunting at first, with new platform. But agent literally held my hand through the process. Very resposive, Great service, very friendly. Unexpectedly great prices, really made a difference between loss and profit, tried 4 different suppliers for a sinlge product, CJ gave the best price and faster processing, which led to less inquiries from customers.
