I haven't reviewed many apps on Shopify because I end up not using the apps for very long because they don't meet my needs. I have been using Bespoke Shipping for over a year and it's awesome. Yes, I paid to have the Bespoke team write all the code for my very complex and unique shipping situation (we ship frozen items and the amount of dry ice we use varies based on where we are shipping it and how many items the customer orders). I thought the price was VERY reasonable and each time I want additional logic or customizations added in, they are either a free simple change or a low cost more complicated change. There is nothing that Bespoke can't handle for your complicated shipping scenarios. Haven't found a single other app that solves our unique business scenarios.

This app doesnt solve anything. Its pure code interface that if you dont know code, its useless to you. Plus after you pay the $15, they want to upsell their services to install it for you. Zero guides. This is not an app.

The app requires programming experience as is clearly indicated on the app store listing. We do have a technical user guide available with an extensive library of examples to get you started. Unfortunately, if you do not have the relevant experience, we are unable to teach you those skills.

This app became core of our shipping, can not imagine running our e-commerce without it. Best support as well, it feels like we have a tech team right next to me.

This is an amazing app! A must-have for any store that wants to solve one of the biggest weaknesses within the standard Shopify set up. The lack various shipping options and logic within Shopify was a huge issue that was solved with this application. However, where Bespoke out-performs is the service and support. Min is an absolute genius and takes the time to get your rules in order, and implemented correctly. I would highly recommend spending a little extra to have her handle the heavy lifting on implementation. Our set-up was very complicated with over 20 vendors, and at least 30 different output scenarios to the shipping options based on vendors in the cart, stock in various locations, and our WMS, vs. drop shop vendors etc. The code she developed was over 500 lines and extremely clean. Even our CTO reached out to me to make a point and compliment her on the organization of the coding and efficiency on how it was written. If you have a complicated set-up, you can expect a few adjustments to be made, but Min will be there very step of the way responding and changing to your needs within 12-24 hours. We had been researching our freight solutions for months and couldn’t have been happier that we made the choice to go with Bespoke. There were even several nights whereas Min would be working for hours in real time with us as we went live on site with the app. Lastly, the financial benefit can not be understated. Since incorporating this application our conversions increased by 30%, shipping revenue increased 80% while customer satisfaction based on testimonial pages went from a point of dis-satisfaction, to one of areas which we can be proud of from a customer service perspective. We couldn’t live without this application and only wish we had implemented 6 months sooner. There are few apps that have a support staff whom do what they say within the time frame quoted, and whom you can count on to be there downstream as needed. This is once company who will. If you need to improve your shipping rates logic, I would not hesitate to give them a try. This is truly one of the top 3 additions we would allow in our theme code. Thank You again Min! Second Review: Well the work is complete and done to just the way I wanted it. In fact Min made some suggestion which made my site work even more efficient than expected. Min was very thorough in collecting all the data required for doing the work and he never went ahead and did a task without your approval. Where was he 12 months ago. I would give Min 10 out of 6 if I could. 21 August 18 First, The service is best to none. Min was asking the correct questions all the time. When I did not have the answer he was willing to sit and wait for the correct information. from start to end was just over three week and that was to do with me collecting the relevant shipping rates. It was not a simple job because the rates had to start with the different factories in china, local transport to dispatch warehouse, Air Courier rates, Airport to airport rates, Dangerous Goods fees, Shipping fees for LCL and FCL, Chinese customs and clearance fees, Australian customs and clearances fees, Brokerages at both ends and the pick up and delivery any where in Australia for small to 40,000kg containers. We have just turned it on but it was working from the start. today no issues to report of. And by the way, I did try and pay a lot of so call experts around the world over 3 years and go nowhere with them. All Talk but took all the money. Min set a great fee and was complete in 3 days after giving him all the correct rates and rules to follow. Want a good job, Get Min onto it. Ken Scott - CEO

Great developer and fantastic service from start to finish. This developer really spends time trying to understand the requirements and is very upfront. Very good app. Would happily recommend.

What a fabulous app! One of the best finds in the App Store and excellent value for money. Support is fabulous and super quick. The Bespoke Shipping developers are a pleasure to deal with and no question or query is too much trouble. Thanks for producing such a value packed app with brilliant service levels to boot. Couldn't recommend more highly - from one very impressed customer!

Well, how good is this App/service. To be honest I was very aprehensive about launching into bespoke designed software but much to my surprise it went very very smoothly and the support shown by the team at Bespoke... well worth their reputation and previous glowing reviews. Thanks team so much for producing my new app. It works perfectly each time, has never bugged (really!) and are always on call for support and to explain the bigger picture especially when these API's are off connecting to and through... where ever! Fantastic. I am sure you guys have bigger things on the horizon for us - can't wait!

This is a lifesaver app for shops with complex shipping rules. The PHP interface allows you to create complex shipping rules. Can recommend the app enough for people who need these kind of functionality on their website.

I am a shopify newbie, everything seems daunting. Shipping was a nightmare for me. Two emails to Min and a couple days later. My shipping is fixed. He customized it for me for a small fee. We would be lost without this app. It has helped with all of our specific shipping needs. We've officially been live for a month now and have had zero issues with our shipping rates. On top of it all, their tech support is great, fast, and so helpful.

Min has done some amazing work with this app. Since we deal with a lot of custom-sized products, calculating accurate shipping prices has always been a pain. We had a long and complicated document detailing our shipping cost formulas and Min was able to implement all of it fairly quickly for a very reasonable price. There were a few bugs that cropped up (which we expected due to our complex rules) but they were promptly addressed. Highly recommended!

Wanted to charge $100 for setup but also could not guarantee that the setup would give my customers free shipping based on customer tags.
Hi there, Thank you for your review, Apologies for the late response as we weren't able to reply to reviews in the past. There are certain limitations with Shopify's APIs which will restrict the reliability of the customer tag detection, although this works well in most scenarios and 99% of customers won't experience any issues, there will still be scenarios and specifics with your individual setup in which this won't work correctly. We like to be upfront with any issues before setup, unlike with other apps where you will be told about it after using it. You weren't charged for anything as we didn't proceed with your setup.

Not only is this app a godsend but Min has been THE MOST helpful developer of any app that we use... and we use a bunch. He responds insanely fast has been able to do execute every single one of my requests. Min is a magician!

Min has done 2 sites for me now. I have no idea about coding, so Min set the whole thing up for me. This app is brilliant and cost effective. Its completely changed our business. Anyone who thinks complex shipping calculators for everyday sites are not possible. Think again.

Amazing app! If you know a little about coding it is very easy to figure out. It allows for very customizable shipping rates, which is extremely lacking in Shopify. Thank you so much for making this app. It has saved us a lot of headache. Now we just need a similar app for payment methods.

Is your Shopify website lacking FedEx Smartpost? First give Shopify 0 Stars for this failure but then install BESPOKE SHIPPING and give them 5 stars. Our customers and our company can now save money by offering FedEx Smart Post. Thank you for the installation as well!

If you have a little programming experience, this app allows you to freely manage any aspect of shipping rates. In addition, the developer is very helpful, I asked him for help and he always answered quickly, setting the app in a single day according to my needs. I recommend it!
