how do i find custom cat fulfilment section so they ship from uk. im in uk and want quick delivery? love it so far

Set up my store with CustomCat as the print on demand. Using CustomCat Support - Help instructions, I set up different shipping methods. One being "express". My customer ordered an item. Selected express. Did not receive item till 10 DAYS LATER. First, they used a lame excuse of the item not passing a quality check. Then they came back and said it was because I used "express" as a type of shipping and they don't offer express. Their help literally offers an option for overnight shipping and does not say you cannot name it "express" in shopify. Sad that they couldn't figure out what express means and ship it with the proper method. Worse that they made excuses instead of taking ownership.

We do offer multiple expedited shipping options, and it’s important that those services are configured correctly in Shopify so orders route as expected; our team is always available to help with that setup or to upgrade shipping prior to fulfillment. I'm really not impressed by the design process. They have presets, which are nice as you don't have to worry about the sizing, however if you want to choose a custom size, it keeps reverting back to the size it wants! Also there's only an option for the front and the back, no sleeve, no where to put your branding logo on the design. I was so excited to finally find a store that did a jersey that want's sublimated and then super bummed by the design process.

These guys are chef's kiss (muah!) awesome! Print quality aside ( but print quality is exceptional as well, I don't exactly know what "digisoft" even really means, but I DO know that I like it) this is like an old school business from the mid 90's (in the good sense), if you have a question or problem and need to call them.... you can actually get a HUMAN BEING on the phone!! (imagine THAT!) they are super helpful and patient (if you are as dumb as I am) and will help you reach the finish line. Specifically, I have mostly spoken with 2 reps in particular. Much props and praise to both JT and Mike. They are doing the lord's work out here. I briefly tested the waters with the bigger players ( printify, printful, etc) and I landed on planet CustomCat. Highly recommend. ALSO a tad cheaper pricing and equal if not faster delivery time. USE THIS PRINTER!!!

The Digisoft is not as good as advertised, The DTG they used to use was way better and softer. It might last longer but its thick and the colors are not that vibrant. It doesn't handle refined printing that well, it throws heavy white under the color? and it still looks faded. Prints are smaller than other POD's! Customer service is pretty good. Their options are kinda dated but the performance options are great! A little pricey though! I love the way they print their hats, full color and good size! but Die cut would be genius, also a little pricey! should offer bulk rates, hard to make money @ $15 bucks a pop wholesale?? Needed some hats replaced but they got lost, super disappointing. I mainly can't stand the Digisoft, good for simple and small designs but you lose a lot of detail with it!! wish they still offered DTG! and started printing bigger (especially on the plus size shirts) Hats is a big improvement but need Die cut patches and uncuffed Beanies (cuffed is too hot sometimes)!! If they fixed those issues, I'd give them 5 stars and probably subscribe!?

CutomCat is one of the best POD companies I've dealt with. What makes them such a favorite is their large selection of products at great prices and outstanding customer service. I can always get someone on the phone whenever I have any type of issue. I highly recommend them!!

Amazing App. Integrated so well with my shop. It was easy to use, with many resources if you have any questions. Their customer service is always spot on too. Better than any other POD company I've ever used. More notable things about them are their lightning fast production and ship times. My customers are so happy to receive quality items fast. 10/10 would recommend!

My first time was a success earlyer this year and my father uses his blankie every single day this winter. The only day off is the washing day ! I have used CustomCat for the past several years as the primary vendor for our website, www.ROMEOCLUB.com. Very happy with their service - you can call or email and get a reasonably prompt response. Other than a couple of product issues these past few years, 90% of the issues were "user errors". The most recent "user error" last week, they went above and beyond to quickly resolve (same day) my mistake. Wonderful, friendly and efficient service.

I have been through the ringer when it comes to POD companies and I can say for sure custom cat is BY FAR the best of the best in quality of prints, size options, prices, customer service and shipping time; most of my products have even arrived early. I've only had one bad print and it was replaced without any resistance from the company. Every customer has been more than satisfied with the product saying "it looks just like the picture and one customer has claimed they've washed their shirt over 10 times and it looks brand new still truly incredible. I adore this company and if I could give more than five stars I would. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT PEOPLE. I even received compliments from the customer service on my art work. Thank you for being you custom cat and never change!
