My first time was a success earlyer this year and my father uses his blankie every single day this winter. The only day off is the washing day ! Most seriously, in terms of POD, I recommand CustomCat highly ! Great products, great quality and so simple to use ! So I'm back and will be. Thank you all at CustomCat !

I have used CustomCat for the past several years as the primary vendor for our website, www.ROMEOCLUB.com. Very happy with their service - you can call or email and get a reasonably prompt response. Other than a couple of product issues these past few years, 90% of the issues were "user errors". The most recent "user error" last week, they went above and beyond to quickly resolve (same day) my mistake. Wonderful, friendly and efficient service.

I've been using Custom Cat as our POD provider for about 2 years now and I am very happy with the product quality and services. When there's an issue with an order, their support team fix it immediately. I love that I can stand behind the products that I offer on my online store. Highly recommend.

I have been through the ringer when it comes to POD companies and I can say for sure custom cat is BY FAR the best of the best in quality of prints, size options, prices, customer service and shipping time; most of my products have even arrived early. I've only had one bad print and it was replaced without any resistance from the company. Every customer has been more than satisfied with the product saying "it looks just like the picture and one customer has claimed they've washed their shirt over 10 times and it looks brand new still truly incredible. I adore this company and if I could give more than five stars I would. GREAT COMPANY, GREAT PRODUCTS, GREAT PEOPLE. I even received compliments from the customer service on my art work. Thank you for being you custom cat and never change!

I looked around at all the options available and went with my gut to go CustomCat and I could not be more pleased. The process is about as straight forward and simple as one could make it, the pricing is competitive, the quality of the DIGISOFT is freaking incredible, and the customer service is the best in the USA, hands down. If you want to work with a great company who actually cares about you and not just money this is the one!

Don’t waste your time with this app. The store doesn’t work, forces you to do the setup and upload an image that doesn’t upload. Complete waste of time and probably a SCAM.

Tried to like this POD but their print quality consistently failed to measure up. Customers constantly sending photos of print washing off on first wash. Customer service is prompt to reply but who cares about that when i don't have repeat customers due to poor quality. I had to go find a better POD.

I have been absolutely floored with Custom Cat's customer service and quality! I recently made a mistake with a large order - completely my fault - but contacted Custom Cat to see if there was any way they could help. The customer service rep Mike B empathized with me and went above and beyond to help alleviate the sting of my mistake, offering so much more help than I expected. You can trust you're in good hands with Custom Cat! Quality Control is also top notch...he shared that they had to remake several shirts in our order to meet quality standards before they were shipped and all that we received looked wonderful. Shipping was very fast too. I can't recommend them enough and look forward to using them more in the future!

As a new owner of a Shopify store, I have had a few challenges along the way. Order fulfillment via CustomCat HAS NOT been one of them. Any time I have an order issue, CustomCat has been able to assist in resolving it. One of the exceptional customer service representative is MB. He is knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I would highly recommend CustomCat for your print on demand needs.

I've been with Custom Cat since 2018 and absolutely love them. Over the years, I've seen the quality of their prints go up exponentially. The new Digisoft decoration method is out of this world and and absolute game changer. I can't recommend them enough. And sure, they've made a few mistakes over the years, but they've been super quick to resolve them and their customer service team has been so attentive to us. If you're looking for a POD that has exceptional quality AND a wide assortment of activewear, then Custom Cat is it.

I got 2 orders but only ended up for me refunding them because custom cat did not receive the orders on their end. Also, when I tried placing a manual order from my portal, their payment processor would not accept my payment whether I use Paypal or a credit card.

I have to call out Joshua Turkin who saved the day. I have been struggling for months and watched many, many tutorials. Some of us learn differently and it's extremely frustrating to adapt to the "New Normal". I was ready to walk away from the entire business until I found Joshua. It takes a special person to understand the different needs of customers. You are lucky to have him. If it wasn't for him, I would have given up on the entire process. Thank you Josh. I can't put in words what your patience and dedication mean to me. You restored my faith in humanity.

We wish the customer service would answer questions that were asked. Here were the three questions that we asked the last time: 1) read somewhere that says that shipping rates to Canada have changed. Correct? 2) In one of your tutorial videos, it says you [MUST] have a US return address. How is that going to work for non-US-based companies like ours (we are in Canada)? 3) We also find that the "Design Library" within Customcat is rather limiting. Same as mockup options. Can one make the designs from say "Placeit" and have the designs imported into Customcat directly? The following is the triggered long-winded corporate sermon received, providing an answer to a question that wasn't asked. When we told them we were disappointed that they didn't answer any of the questions asked. We received no further response. Unfortunately, this wasn't the first time an answer was provided to a question that wasn't asked. "We don't return items for fail deliveries outside of the USA. "If you are operating your business outside the United States of America or do not wish to receive any returns to your address, please enter our address in your app settings: "1300 Rosa Parks Blvd. Detroit, MI 48216 "If a package is returned to CustomCat, for whatever reason including being undeliverable, it will be donated upon receipt. We will not be contacting you if your customer returns a package for any reason. No package should ever be returned, by your customer, to our fulfillment center. "Our receiving department is here to get the blank product on the floor for decoration. We are not the intermediary between the customer and the seller so be sure to update your FAQs, return policies, etc. Your customers should never ship their decorated orders back to Detroit for any reason. It is very important that you reform your store's Return Policy. Any arrangements for returns, or exchanges, consistent to your posted policies on your websites, need to be handled between the buyer and the seller. "We understand the importance of having a variety of options available for designing products and creating mockups, and we appreciate your feedback. "To address your concern, many merchants use third-party applications such as Placeit.net and Smartmockups.com to create product mockups. After creating the products, you can update them at any time within your ecommerce back end in the products section."

I have worked with CustomCat for over a year and I cannot imagine working with a different provider. I started off as a hater due to a few hiccups, but through exceptional Customer Service, I have been converted to a true fan. CustomCat has created a Facebook Group that connects POD sellers with a group of like-minded sellers and CustomCat staff. The staff resolves issues, educates the community and works to identify possible company weaknesses with the intent of providing better products and services. Since CustomCat creates all the products I sell and does not outsource any of the production aspects of their business, there is never a question of quality, turnaround time, bundling shipping discounts or who to contact. For me, when working with CustomCat I feel like I have received all the benefits of a big, all inclusive POD provider but with the benefit of working with a small business who knows my needs. With CustomCat I have found a business that is mutually invested in my success, offers a product catalog that allows me to build a profitable business, and who hears me when I speak.
