The app is easy to use and customer service is always responsive. I like the variety of teeshirts, etc. they offer. If something prints incorrectly they replace it. Of course quality control should always be a top priority. I recommend CustomCat and will continue to use their service.

I was able to set up a store within 1 week with this app. This would have taken a ton more time but they had an amazing blog that helped in this process. I was able to learn how to use the app and strategize on approaching new products to sell. When I called twice, their support staff answered my questions within 20 minutes, both times.

I make about 600 sale this Father's day 2019, most are mugs! All order fulfill within 5 Business days, most of them fulfill in 2-3 days. Customcat even works on the weekend to fulfill my orders. The rate of the low quality and broken is 1% and Customcat send all replacement for me! Thank you so much Customcat Team! You help me so much

The quality is really bad, products arrive dirty and the print job is really bad. Tried to contact the company for weeks wrote at least 20 emails - no answer!!! Be aware!!!
Hi Jean. Were surprised you would give us 1 star considering your most recent order was over 7 months ago? It’s an untrue statement you emailed 20 times without a response. Over 15,000 store owners using Shopify & CC would completely disagree with that statement. Anyone who is considering CustomCat, please put us to the test! Send an email to our support simply saying you’re testing to see how quickly you get a response. Our support emails are [email protected] and [email protected]. We average less then a 1 business day response time.
