CustomCat: Print on Demand

I was very hesitant to try CustomCat out from seeing the negative reviews here and on Facebook, but my experience has been great! I just passed 200 orders on my new store. Print quality is great and orders get out the door quickly. The few mistakes that have happened were quickly corrected by them. Sometimes they seem to miss an email, but a quick followup the next day or so usually gets a response. The app is a little clunky, but nothing that can't be managed. In all, five out of five stars from me! Remember no company is perfect. Mistakes happen and there's always some who will complain. The key difference is how it's handled. Keep up the great work, CC!

I've been very very happy with Custom Cat. I first started using them in November and was hesitant with the subscription based platform, but I feel like 3 months is an adequate time frame to give them an honest and unbiased review. The defect rate has been less than 1% and each time there has been a problem, there has been no run around. I tell them there was a problem, send them a pic of the problem and the only emails I get back say this, or something like it. "I am sorry about this. This isn’t anything on your end. It looks like this is a printing error.…We have issued a replacement for you and have sent it out with expedited shipping." What more can you ask for from customer service? Print quality has been spot on. I use them for my Direct to Garment and Dye Sub needs. I have not yet offered an embroidered product, but they will get that business when I do. I've never not been happy with Custom Cat. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

So far my experience with custom cat has been great. I was reluctant to try them at first because of some of the negative reviews, however my experience so far has been great. We've processed about 10 orders with them so far and I am looking forward to many many more in the future.

CustomCat is a great service! To put it simple, they have tons of products and the prices cannot be beaten. The quality of their DTG print is also far superior to what I have experienced with other on demand print companies. I would definitely recommend working with these guys if you are serious about your business.

I had spent numerous days doing my research on POD companies and ultimately went with CustomCat and I do not regret it!! CustomCat Print On Demand is very user friendly, as I wanted to get my mother who is technologically illiterate into the Ecommerce business, CustomCat made it possible. As she puts it “if I can do it, anyone can!” The tutorials are super straightforward and easy to follow and you can upload multiple products at once which saves ALOT of time! You also can not beat their shipping costs, especially internationally, which makes the monthly fee worth it! - The last thing I want to mention that I love about CustomCat is their Facebook members group where you can search questions asked by fellow members in the past or post your own questions; everyone is supportive of each other and willing to help you within minutes which is awesome especially if it's weekend and customer service isn’t open to calls!

Highly recommended. We have tried several other fulfillment options but CustomCat is absolutely the best! We are just getting started with POD on a couple of our stores and CustomCat came HIGHLY recommended to us actually by two friends in the business. Right from the beginning it has been a pleasant experience for us. The app has made adding the products to our store very easy with all of the variations that we need. The tutorials are excellent and each time I needed assistance someone was there to help. We are very happy with CustomCat and highly recommend them. Looking forward to a long and profitable future with CC!

I love this company ! Nothing is better than being able to pick up the telephone and talk to someone if you have a question. I was able to do so before I installed the app and after. They pull their orders every 2 hours and they simply make entire process a smooth one.

I am not one to usually write public reviews;however, this time it was as if I was called to do so because of CustomCat and their OUTSTANDING way of doing business! Over the last two years our company has continued to grow and expand. We have tried many different Print on Demand Fulfillment companies, but CustomCat is by far the best ! Their extremely diverse selection of products, I believe, make them the clear cut choice for anyone who desires to be a player in the drop shipping arena. In addition, the quality of work which has been produced for every order of our has been AWESOME! In short, if you are looking for a company that can produce incredible merchandise and fulfill your orders in a timely manner then I recommend CustomCat before any other Fulfillment on Demand service! We have been thrilled in aligning ourselves with Custom Cat. They have made it so easy for us to add products to our Shopify store and to have customer orders automatically placed with them has worked out great. Any time we have a question or need some help we call or email them and they are good at responding as rapidly as they can. I have talked with Mike on several occasions and he has been instrumental in providing guidance for us. We are pleased overall with the products offered and the speed in which they are able to get our orders out the door. If we have one suggestion it is to minimally raise the prices on their products and do away with the monthly charge. I have limited IT skills so establishing any online platform is daunting to say the least - I have found Custom Cat easy to use and more importantly when I have had problems their support service has been exceptional (speedy responses, polite and informed responses and a willingness to walk you through any issues, however basic, without attitude). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Custom Cat to anyone and once all the online stuff is done their products are top quality whilst considerably cheaper than their opposition - well worth the monthly $ commitment if your serious about establishing a viable online store.

It doesn't take long to learn how to use this great app with your Shopify store and start adding your designs to a wide range of products. There is a great choice of clothing at different price levels and other fun things like coffee mugs, hats and even baby clothing. I love the new holiday ornaments they have just launched and there are currently some great special offers they are offering leading up to the holidays.

The CustomCat app is amazing. A truly fantastic company. For about 6 months now I have been using CustomCat as my print on-demand fulfillment solution. Their customer support is very responsive and resourceful. The CustomCat app is also very user friendly. They provide these awesome video tutorials that walks you through the functionality of the app from start to finish. I was able to export thousands of products in minutes. Also, their product selection is great (over 400 different products to market). I sell mostly coffee mugs and my customers love them. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for great customer support, great quality products, excellent lead time, and lower prices.

Great customer service. Hundreds of products along with thousands of variations and reasonable basecost prices are our number one choice. But we would like to suggest you can offer more expedited shipping service (overnight shipping or 2-3 days shipping) many of my clients want to use this service, they are happy to pay for it!
