Great customer service. Hundreds of products along with thousands of variations and reasonable basecost prices are our number one choice. But we would like to suggest you can offer more expedited shipping service (overnight shipping or 2-3 days shipping) many of my clients want to use this service, they are happy to pay for it! Highly recommended.

Have bulk upload,this other POD service providers do not have! Fast order processing time with tracking number. I propose Customcat is a major manufacturer for my business.

Without a doubt the worst customer service. Do these people not understand that we have options, but because of some youtuber choose to pay for POD service... LOL Bye Felicia. There is no hunger to win in this company. They just don't give AF about anything. Well then don't open a business. . Good luck ;)
Hi! I am sorry you had a poor experience with us. If you ever want to try us out again we would love to have you back! But, we noticed you have not uploaded anything to our app, nor do we have any emails to our customer service department with anything indicating you were struggling. Next time just email or call us. We are always eager to help!

I would not recommend them if you want quality printing. The print quality is always faded and a different color even after providing the best quality image. Tried them a couple of months and the customers were right it is very bad and inconsistent printing quality. Lesson learned!

Too expensive. $30/ month subscription. Most of the products are just ok price compared to other POD companies. Only exception is t-shirt and mugs that are really good pricing. I appreciate the fact that they have nike and addias products,which is harder to get, that can justify some increase in pricing. But most of us would never use up all those products. Should offer a customcat Lite edition, for just basic t-shirt and mugs for $9. Then do the full version for $25(excluding nike and Adidas). And pro with $30 with everything. And add some customizable features for customers too.

Utter Shite !! Had the audacitity to charg my account for an inactive service. Thast I have not used and an inactive account. Dont even install it to test as even if you have not activated or used them . they will charge you !!!! I will not pay dfor somthing I have not used....... Dont know about you .....

Incredible experience working with Custom Cat! We've worked with CC for the last 11 months and I can't say enough good things about them. Their shipping times are very fast, they offer a huge selection of products, and their customer service is very responsive and always helpful, especially Mike Blotkamp! Thanks!!

The customer service is terrible. I don't how else to explain. Quality of the products are OKAY. Not steller. But just hope you don't have any issues. Customer service is 1 star with this company. In response time and help.

I've been using custom cat for 2 months now. And my experience has been second to none. The ease of using this app is unparalleled. I haven't found another company with a wider range of products or better quality. And they are easily the most competitive when it comes to their pricing. What really sets them aside from all the rest is there customer service. the very first time I spoke with Mike he made it very clear that we are business partners and their goal was to help my business succeed. And they have done just that. I highly recommend custom cat to anyone looking for Quality economical products and for people that really care about you and success of your business.

I'm very excited about my new Wild Burro Shopify store integrated to CustomCat. Initially I was having some lost data issues, but it was on me as I wasn't using the multiple product export properly. To be honest I was so excited I kind of skip viewed the tutorial videos, but please watch them. I was with another popular POD company for 1.5 years, their prices left hardly any meat on the margin bone and you could only load one tedious product at a time. I've been on CustomCat only for a few days and I already have hundreds of products listed in thousands of variations. The good news is Shopify is soon to integrate with Ebay so I'm hoping to get my ducks in a row for the Q4 sales cycle. I really am satisfied with the hundreds of products and the great customer support that I get from CC. Highly recommended. If you sign up watch the videos so your loadups are flawless. The app has too many critical bugs. Many features don't work from screen to screen. It locked up my system and had delayed response times. Really slow at times. Wasted a lot of time working my way in and out of the features and adding products. Biggest issue beside the slow response and system lock up is that the fields for entering in product name, selecting colors and sizes, adding to collections and adding tags doesn't work. You input the data and make selections then save and move forward and all the inputs are gone. And from the next screen if you enter it again, then push to store it doesn't hold changes. So you have to then go make all the edits in Shopify again. And if you are doing multiple products all at once that is very time consuming (not to mention the wasted time doing it on the 2 available screens when designing product). I sent a bug email and they didn't reply. Then when I mentioned it in a different email, they said app doesn't have major bugs - seriously test your app!!! I placed 2 sample orders, the first one took 2 full weeks to arrive. After shipping tracking number was sent it took 3 days to see any progress. Then an additional 4 days to arrive. The 2nd order didn't even get transferred into their system. They said it was a web hook issue and that this is common with new customers - again, fix your app. Email response take a day or two. Didn't get the sense they cared at all about my issues or concerns.

The pricing is good for the one tee @ 6 dollars, Customer service is hard to reach, and the app has had to many bugs, it would totally be worth it if it was free like printful or print-aura, I tried it for 3 months, and I rather pay the 2 dollars more for better Cust. serv., labeling and invoicing. price isn't always all.

Ordered a couple sweatshirts for testing and I'm glad I did... the print quality was very faded and shoddy looking- white print residue spots outside of the design. Very linty and it had hairs on it. I believe I could heat transfer something that would look much better than this. The embroidery on the other sweatshirt was ok in quality but it was only about half of the size of what it showed in the mock-up. Very small. They say on the site the embroidery area for the left breast is 4x4" but this was well under 3 inches. Very significant difference and not what would be expected from the end customer based on the expectations set. I wish I could post pics of my products for reference but I don't see a way to do that. I have emailed customer support and will update when I hear back. Overall, largely disappointed as I was so hoping this service would live up to the hype I'm hearing everywhere..

This is my review so far... I really want custom cat to be my POD provider... but their customer service is pretty bad. So far it's taking days to get answers to questions, and then I get a cut and paste response... They now have a new interface but I can't even upload products without getting an error...

I have rated the support 2 out of 5 to be fair but my honest opinion is 0/5 because all of shopify support is live. I live in the uk and if this product is ok for international use I shouldnt have to wait for the random chance that they see my email. I was trying to activate my account and kept getting the "Error An error occurred while executing the application. Please try again or contact the administrator." easy to use and reliable rating is based on reviews by others. so annoyed that time is being wasted while I wait for someone to see my email
