Orders are dispatched way later thank quoted...I wanted to stop my subrscirption with them so I asked what to do...they told me to remove the app from my store and I did...that was a month ago and they are STILL CHARGING ME FOR THIS MONTH!!!! Unbelievable

CustomCat is a great service! To put it simple, they have tons of products and the prices cannot be beaten. The quality of their DTG print is also far superior to what I have experienced with other on demand print companies. I would definitely recommend working with these guys if you are serious about your business.

I had spent numerous days doing my research on POD companies and ultimately went with CustomCat and I do not regret it!! CustomCat Print On Demand is very user friendly, as I wanted to get my mother who is technologically illiterate into the Ecommerce business, CustomCat made it possible. As she puts it “if I can do it, anyone can!” The tutorials are super straightforward and easy to follow and you can upload multiple products at once which saves ALOT of time! You also can not beat their shipping costs, especially internationally, which makes the monthly fee worth it! - The last thing I want to mention that I love about CustomCat is their Facebook members group where you can search questions asked by fellow members in the past or post your own questions; everyone is supportive of each other and willing to help you within minutes which is awesome especially if it's weekend and customer service isn’t open to calls!

I would not suggest using this. I put up some items as a test . Had complaints from customers on missing and slow items. I contacted them about a lost item and support was very slow !

I've been using CustomCat for several months. We had some bumps in the road with a couple of my orders and I previously posted a poor review. It's time for an update. For the last 3 months I've had access to an account rep, J.T. who has ensured all my large orders were processed timely and responded quickly to a quality issue I had on an item in a large order. Product price and selection are far better than their competitors.

Highly recommended. We have tried several other fulfillment options but CustomCat is absolutely the best! They have the fastest turn around for product fulfillment, the largest selection and the quality is always first rate. Any questions we have are immediately by their staff. Keep up the great work!!!! We are just getting started with POD on a couple of our stores and CustomCat came HIGHLY recommended to us actually by two friends in the business. Right from the beginning it has been a pleasant experience for us. The app has made adding the products to our store very easy with all of the variations that we need. The tutorials are excellent and each time I needed assistance someone was there to help. We are very happy with CustomCat and highly recommend them. Looking forward to a long and profitable future with CC!

My first 2 back orders I placed were dispatched in 5 business days, instead of the quoted 2-3 business days. Upon asking I was told, that 'we dont guarantee it'. In which case, you should write it exactly that way in your FAQ's, or provide a min and max timeline rather than a vague average time that you cant adhere to. I made the mistake of actually offering one of their products. It has been 7 business days since I placed the order, the order is yet to be fulfilled, no one answering the helpline, AND my client has opened a case against me. Waiting for this nightmare to end so I can delete this app.

I love this company ! Nothing is better than being able to pick up the telephone and talk to someone if you have a question. I was able to do so before I installed the app and after. They pull their orders every 2 hours and they simply make entire process a smooth one.

CustomCat has been amazing to work with. I've tried other drop shipping companies for apparel, and it wasn't a good fit. CustomCat gets right on the ball if anything isn't right for the seller or customer. Only three things would make CustomCat hands down untouchable. 1. No monthly fee 2. Sleeve printing 3. More products, like shorts, and some other brands.

I am not one to usually write public reviews;however, this time it was as if I was called to do so because of CustomCat and their OUTSTANDING way of doing business! Over the last two years our company has continued to grow and expand. We have tried many different Print on Demand Fulfillment companies, but CustomCat is by far the best ! Their extremely diverse selection of products, I believe, make them the clear cut choice for anyone who desires to be a player in the drop shipping arena. In addition, the quality of work which has been produced for every order of our has been AWESOME! In short, if you are looking for a company that can produce incredible merchandise and fulfill your orders in a timely manner then I recommend CustomCat before any other Fulfillment on Demand service! Their pricing structure is insane and does not compare to any other print on demand service. Their pricing is no different from other POD companies (maybe on one or two items) who don't force their customers to pay $35/month. I also don't like that you can't place a manual order and must add every product to your store. They need to have that option and lower their monthly subscription cost, or at least an introductory rate until you get your site up and going. Their app is also very glitchy and not user friendly.

We have been thrilled in aligning ourselves with Custom Cat. They have made it so easy for us to add products to our Shopify store and to have customer orders automatically placed with them has worked out great. Any time we have a question or need some help we call or email them and they are good at responding as rapidly as they can. I have talked with Mike on several occasions and he has been instrumental in providing guidance for us. We are pleased overall with the products offered and the speed in which they are able to get our orders out the door. If we have one suggestion it is to minimally raise the prices on their products and do away with the monthly charge. I have limited IT skills so establishing any online platform is daunting to say the least - I have found Custom Cat easy to use and more importantly when I have had problems their support service has been exceptional (speedy responses, polite and informed responses and a willingness to walk you through any issues, however basic, without attitude). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Custom Cat to anyone and once all the online stuff is done their products are top quality whilst considerably cheaper than their opposition - well worth the monthly $ commitment if your serious about establishing a viable online store.

It doesn't take long to learn how to use this great app with your Shopify store and start adding your designs to a wide range of products. There is a great choice of clothing at different price levels and other fun things like coffee mugs, hats and even baby clothing. I love the new holiday ornaments they have just launched and there are currently some great special offers they are offering leading up to the holidays.

The CustomCat app is amazing. A truly fantastic company. For about 6 months now I have been using CustomCat as my print on-demand fulfillment solution. Their customer support is very responsive and resourceful. The CustomCat app is also very user friendly. They provide these awesome video tutorials that walks you through the functionality of the app from start to finish. I was able to export thousands of products in minutes. Also, their product selection is great (over 400 different products to market). I sell mostly coffee mugs and my customers love them. I would recommend this app to anyone looking for great customer support, great quality products, excellent lead time, and lower prices.

Overall we've had a positive experience with CustomCat. The printing has been great so far and we haven't had any customer complaints. Shipping times have been reasonable and the pricing on their items is very competitive. Customer service has been great as well as they personally fixed the issues that we had with coding to fit our Shopify theme. The app is very easy to use also. Give them a shot!
