I've had a great experience with CustomCat thus far. They answer emails promptly and have great customer service. If you're lucky you'll get Mike B. when you call, and he'll get you started in the right direction. 0 complaints!

The app works very well. Loading products is very streamlined and fast once you get the hang of it. It seems like they built the app to upload lots of products at once. In terms of quality - they are much like every other app where sometimes there are issues. They always respond and replace the orders that were not satisfactory and the order that are satisfactory are always excellent quality.

The app works very well. The customer service responding all your questions. The 2-3 business days is more than that but 7-10 days is still fine.

Ok .. I'm not big on negative reviews but I really think these words might benefit someone starting out as I was a few months ago .. and I say this with some reserve because I made a lot of money with CustomCat products. Here's the deal .. Great products .. Shitty fulfillment. Thats its plain and simple. I had over 6 returns due to products that either never arrived or arrived way past the expected time which was 8 to 10 business days. Amazon actually revoked my privileges due to CustomCat's fulfillment issues and I'm still digging through crap in the hopes that I'll get my privledges reinstated. All in all .. and its tough to say this because like I said before they have good products .. but I would pass. They're just not reliable. Period.

I am amazed at how well custom cat has been for us!! I have had questions and needed to email and call, both times I was helped VERY quickly and politely. Sometimes customer service at places can be scary, but I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with this crew. I have a store to sell clothing and accessories for my sons wheelchair basketball and the products have been amazing, it was so easy to learn the store and how to apply my designs!! I highly recommend customcat

I have had over 1000 orders go through Custom Cat and overall have had a good experience with them! The packages have all been shipped in a timely matter and with tracking. Although we did have a few items that were not the best quality and some coffee mugs broken during shipping, CC was quick to fix ALL problems. I would recommend them to any business that needs good, cheap products!

We began our relationship with Custom Cat back in October after using another vendor for the first 10 months of our business. We were attracted to their pricing and product offerings. I was a bit skeptical to switch because our prior vendor gave us more insight into the progress of each order through it's dashboard and tracking progress to delivery is important to us. What we've experienced working with the Custom Cat team has been great! I'm most pleased with the availability and response time when issues arise. We have experienced issues of customers receiving the wrong merchandise or poorly printed merchandise, (this is the reason that the rating isn't 5 Stars) but it has been a small percentage of the whole though occurring more than we'd like. The team, a few of which I know by name, like Mike and Geena, have been highly responsive and rectified any issues quickly, processed orders manually, and listened whenever feedback was provided. They have always been kind and very helpful. Also, the turnaround time for order fulfillment has been constantly expeditious which is also very important with the pretty steady flow of our business. With about 4 months of experience working with Custom Cat, I'm really glad that we made the switch and often talk about how great it'd would've been to have started with them from the beginning. Great products, great pricing, great service! I know they are working hard to make sure that issues are minimal and appreciate their accountability and expedience when rectifying them. I look forward to revisiting this review and making it 5 stars in the future!

I was very hesitant to try CustomCat out from seeing the negative reviews here and on Facebook, but my experience has been great! I just passed 200 orders on my new store. Print quality is great and orders get out the door quickly. The few mistakes that have happened were quickly corrected by them. Sometimes they seem to miss an email, but a quick followup the next day or so usually gets a response. The app is a little clunky, but nothing that can't be managed. In all, five out of five stars from me! Remember no company is perfect. Mistakes happen and there's always some who will complain. The key difference is how it's handled. Keep up the great work, CC!

I've been very very happy with Custom Cat. I first started using them in November and was hesitant with the subscription based platform, but I feel like 3 months is an adequate time frame to give them an honest and unbiased review. The defect rate has been less than 1% and each time there has been a problem, there has been no run around. I tell them there was a problem, send them a pic of the problem and the only emails I get back say this, or something like it. "I am sorry about this. This isn’t anything on your end. It looks like this is a printing error.…We have issued a replacement for you and have sent it out with expedited shipping." What more can you ask for from customer service? Print quality has been spot on. I use them for my Direct to Garment and Dye Sub needs. I have not yet offered an embroidered product, but they will get that business when I do. I've never not been happy with Custom Cat. Give them a try and you won't be disappointed.

CustomCat was fairly good but it didn't work out for my business and my target market. I know that with time their app will hopefully become better. It is a little annoying not having the possibility to use it in Safari if that's my choice. I would not miss the difficulty of the process. Also not having a 'go to' customer service in a chat here and depending on email is something that, if fixed, will turn in to better business. All my best wishes to you, but definitely not 5 star yet. Lots of potential thou!

So far my experience with custom cat has been great. I was reluctant to try them at first because of some of the negative reviews, however my experience so far has been great. We've processed about 10 orders with them so far and I am looking forward to many many more in the future.

Awful Some orders have taken over a month, they've sent designs from other shops to my customers and their customer service holds zero accountability for their mistakes (They went as far as to blame me for contacting the wrong department once) The fact this is one of the fulfillment companies in which you have to pay a membership fee to lose money is crazy. I'm actually going to be shutting down my site because I have to re-visit my fulfillment options. not worth it.

Hi! I am sorry about your poor experience with us...we would NEVER send your design to another seller. We ship out thousands of orders a day. If your customer received an order by mistake, this is a very rare circumstance and falls under our 1% of order that need to be replaced. We will ALWAYS honor that. Let us know the order number and we can replace this for you!

They often ship half a month late and poor quality of both shirts and the actual print. They are quite inflexible. Definitely recommend staying away from them, the 30 dollar a month premium is not worth it

Hi! I am very sorry you had an issue with an order or two. We are not perfect. 95% of our orders get out of our facility in 2 business days. Let us know which orders were a month and a whalf late and we can look into compensation for you.
