WORST customer service ever. Waiting for a simple answer for weeks. Always sending message to get as feedback they while come back to me whitin the next 24 or 48 hours. There is no problem to not be able to answer a question/fix a feature but just say it, it will avoid everyone to loose time.

This app has been an absolute godsend. Loving the extra sales coming through when items are released. I have tested it and back in stock notifications are sent out immediately, as soon as a SOH is added. Furthermore the technical support team is amazing with instant replies!

Just installed this app today and so far it has been seamless! I needed some extra help customizing the appearance of the button and Abuzar was able to get it done within 5 minutes! This was after me attempting it for longer than I'm proud to admit. Great app, great support team, thank you!

I am going to use this app to help me retain customers. The set-up was seamless, however I needed additional assistance to customize for my branding colors. The customer service response is EXCELLENT! Sourabh gets 10 stars!!! I did not feel rushed with my questions and Sourabh helped set up my customization without me needing to ask. If you are on the fence about this App, don't be. It's worth it, get it NOW! Thank you!

Great app to notify your customers about restocking. We saw an increase in subscribers, and let us know which out-stock products our customers are wanting the most. It has a lot of integrations too.
