This app has a good feature set and, most importantly to us, an integration with our e-mail marketing platform. Installation went well but there were a few minor things I needed help with on the customization. Their support team responded effectively within minutes - which was amazing!

This app works great. We needed to transfer some alerts from another app and customer service was great! They had it all set up in just a few hours.

Started using this app a few months ago and have found it very useful. A couple of times we had to ask the support team for some help with custom coding and they are responsive and solved any issues quickly.
This app works FLAWLESSLY EVEN AFTER SWITCHING THEMES. I am only pleasantly surprised by its reports and most importantly their 24/7 support. They helped me with a button issue I had right away and were able to fix the problem right away. Love the simplicity and minimal look of the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button.

Didn't like it at first because the interface is a bit confusing but once you get used to it, it's great and easy to use. Can do everything you need with the options available and fully-customizable. Support team are great!
Apologies for the trouble, It seems you have posted the review here for the application you used previously. 1- It shows the widget only on the out-of-stock products. 2- We do have an ON/OFF check box. 3- We have the help docs on the application plus have 24X7 support. 4- Customization preview is available on our dashboard. 5- We had tested it, it was working perfectly fine. An absolute must-have app for stores that keep stock. This app has allowed me to update customers as soon as we are back in stock which is such a lifesaver - I used to do it all manually before. Their customer service is amazing as well. Definitely recommend you give this app a try.

Does not currently work w/ Klaviyo. I messaged support & gave access to my account and they couldn't fix it in the trial period so I cancelled. Only being able to communicate about issues via chat is very inconvenient, a ticket system is easier to navigate. From day 1 of installation agents are constantly asking for reviews when I would chat w/ a question. This gets annoying very quickly.
We've recently move over from another back in stock app and I couldn't be more impressed with the customer care team here. Any question asked is responded to within minutes. The team is incredibly helpful. As for the app, we appreciate its clean interface, Klaviyo integration and sms option for our customers. Thank you, keep up the great work!
