Super handy and it looks great on my wesbite. They support most themes and can adjust to your theme if not listed already. I would recommend. Worth every penny.

Some weeks ago, we switched from the Klaviyo Back in stock default flow solution to Restock Alerts, mainly because of the function to distinguish between stock locations (something that wasn't possible in Klaviyo and caused a lot of wrong Back in stock notifications). It took us a few days to set everything up and move our current Back in stock notification list from Klaviyo to Restock Alerts without losing any of the queued customers. During the setup process, the customer support always replied super quickly which was very helpful in that phase. The live chat is a true gem. So far, everything works quite well. We appreciate the feature of manually deleting products (e.g. old generations) or unsent notifications (if sent out manually via Klaviyo). That way, we can keep our list of queued customers clean. One thing that could be improved from our point of view is that the whole system is based more on Product IDs and Variant IDs than on SKUs. Since our company mostly works with SKUs, we would love to be able to display the item's SKU in the list of sent/unsent notifications, for example.

Over the top customer service! Not only Sourabh fixed the glitch we were experiencing but looked into an area where we never noticed and offered help! *He changed the default country code for SMS notifications from USA to Hong Kong. Your app is the best solution for people like us who doesn't have the time and knowledge to fix IT issues. Thank you so much!

We use this app to help notify our customers when our sold out products are back in stock. We learned from a customer that this function was not working, so we reach out for support through their app platform. We were happily surprised and impressed with how quickly they jumped into resolve our issue. Great customer service and support!

Works great, customer service was super efficient and helpful! Shikha was the support rep that helped me. I just signed up for the Starter Edition to get access to the feature to have notify on pre-order products.

I was looking for an app that was more modern and current, while highly functional for our site. This one checks EVERY button, and beyond that they customer service to make the tweaks we needed to work on our site were top notch.
