Within 5 minutes of downloading the app i had a customer service representative assisting me in matching the notification buttons to my theme and customizing my email notifications. Amazing service, and amazing product. Had entire app enabled, and working through my store within 10 minutes!

We are huge fans of Shopify, and it allows us to try many features and apps to best suit our customers. Back in stock alerts is a must.... the customer service is always quick and very helpful too.

The app has some limitations. If the product is in stock at any location, even a non-shipping one, the email collection button will not appear. Great customer service though.

The customer service is top notch, they helped me integrate into my new theme in just a couple of minutes. The app itself is super easy to use, and I've seen the most ROI due to this form of marketing.

Terrible app. Glitches and spamming customers on a mass scale. Customer service terrible when something goes wrong. Same issue twice with hundreds of spam notifications going out to people. Customers receiving 20 notifications for the same product at the same time even after they had bought it. The first time this happened it wiped out my notification allowance which I had to push to be reset. I was then told they had solved the issue only for the same thing to happen 2 weeks later. Has lost me customers who feel the brand is constantly spamming them. Nothing has been done to resolve the issue, and the customer team are terrible saying the issue didn't exist when I can see in the app sent items that they have sent out multiply notifications to customers at the same time for the same product. One customer received nearly 100 email notifications! I have now deleted the app and am looking for another provider as I can't deal with the level of customer complaints I am receiving from customers who asked to be notified, which is ruining my own brand standing with customers. Avoid this app.

I have just installed this app as a lot of our stocked products go in and out of stock quite frequently and we like to notify our customers the moment the stock is back. It was super easy to integrate this app and the customer service is absolutely brilliant! Currently on a free version but will most probably with jumping on a paid version for additional features.

I installed the app - on a Sunday afternoon - and I needed some help configure the location of the button. I contacted support via the chat window and they responded immediately. The fixed the problem within minutes. This is outstanding support and deserves full-throated applause. Great job.

Great app! Even on Saturdays I get immediate help if there are problems. As for the software itself, this works super well and is automated. Still very happy with it after 1 year of use
