So far so good. Just installed the app minutes ago. It's able to do what I need it to -- give people a way to signup for restocking alerts. Had a few minutes worth of chat time with support. Very helpful. Answered questions succinctly. Was hoping the app could also direct people to message us directly thru FB Messenger but that's not available yet. That's the only reason I didn't rate it a 5. But let's see! Hopefully the next few days proves good.

Our team constantly gets questions from customers about when products will be back in stock so this is a great addition to our website. Hasti was very informative about how the app works and even helped set it up.

This app is one of the best apps for a retail websites, especially during the pandemic, supply chains have become increasingly hectic, delays in shipments can lead to stock outs unless you have a healthy amount of inventory on hand. For us we have had several products run out of stock. Back in stock alerts has been so amazing. It allows our customers to sign up for notifications once a product does come back as available and can notify our customer in order of who requested first. We can tell when items come back in stock as we receive a big influx of orders as customers get notified of these items coming back in stock. This app has easily paid itself off and will for any others who use it. Highly Recommended!

Easiest set up process ever! They respond right away on chat and do the full set up for you, answering any questions you may have. Would 100% recommend to anyone searching for an easy back in stock notification solution.

I used this app to add a waitlist button to my store, once installed the customer service was fast and easy to understand. They helped me navigate the interface of the app so I could customise to suit my store. Very important!

Great app that allows the notify button on the collections page - if you pay for PRO plan. Support is great if we ever need anything - would definitely recommend.
