The Back In Stock app by Appikon works great! We find it a very useful tool, especially for our product. Performs exactly as it should and provides a lot of information and functionality. The support team is excellent and very responsive and helpful.

This app made a huge difference in managing being out of stock and notifying thousands of waiting customers via email and/or text message. There are several options for notification from which to choose (who to notify, whether in batches or not, and the interval options for sending the waves of messages -- or choose to send all at once. It also has an easy-to-customize template (and we added html for more options). The customer support is extremely responsive and actually hopped on two video calls with me to figure out options that best suited our needs. Two thumbs up! (And the hype of using "Notify When Available" when stock hits our website WAY surpassed any pre-order business we've had in the past. Will continue to manage notifications this way from now on!

This app is fantastic, it has worked flawlessly and I've never had any issues with it. I recently logged in to check the re-stock list, you can export a list of all of your styles and it arrives in your email in a normal, legible excel sheet. Not like these apps that send you these complicated crazy forms. I emailed support to inquire about something and they responded immediately and on a Saturday. This app is great and has been so incredibly helpful for customers and for acquiring more sales. The second I update the product inventory on my end, any customers waiting receive an email that second. I don't have to do anything. I wish other apps were this easy and built this well. Bravo and Thank You! xo

We had issues initially due to some of our other apps we were using causing our inventory numbers to add and subtract at random times. The Support team was very helpful. Shout out to Hasti and the Devs! We would highly recommend this app and adding it to our Custom theme was not hard at all.

The app has much more features as one would expect. All is self-explanatory. I asked a question in the chat w/t regards to a needed customization. Yash replied quickly, was very friendly and very helpful. He solved my problem that I believed can not be solved. All I tried out so far with the app works seamlessly. I am entirely satisfied.
