I have been looking for an app like this for a really long time. Most apps have been really difficult work with, with nearly no customization as well. Besides the app being great, the customer service is unbelievably great! Very impressed :)

Originally used SWYM's back in stock plugin but we found some stability issues. Installed this plugin yesterday and it works fine. Efficient customer support team helped me to migrate existing back in stock requests too. Thank you

Application au top, service client parfait. J'ai essayé une autre application le matin même impossible d'avoir un peu de documentation pour l'intégrer. J'ai immédiatement tout dégagé et j'ai testé celle ci. En 5 minutes c'était installé et en plus et j'avais une personne du support pour tout optimiser.

Works well and notifies me when a request has been received. A lot of my unsent back in stock notifications are for products that I no longer stock but do have a substitute for. What would be really useful is to be able to send the customer a slightly different message letting them know about the new substitute stock item.

The product seems to be working well so far (i downloaded it a few days ago), fast customer response to my questions. Seamless integration. I am on the free plan for now.

The Back In Stock app by Appikon works great! We find it a very useful tool, especially for our product. Performs exactly as it should and provides a lot of information and functionality. The support team is excellent and very responsive and helpful.
