The app is very practical and gets the job done, but It does not provide many features of customization. I would have loved to be able to customize the email templates to go with the branding and look and feel of my company, but was not able to. Other than that, the app is great and the customer service from Shikha is amazing! Answered all my questions and resolved all my inquiries. Would definitely recommend!

We had an issue with the app temporarily not working as expected. Contacted the team via chat and they were onto it straight away. They had their developer take a look and within a matter of minutes, the issue was resolved and we were back up and running! Fantastic communication, fast and exceptional service!

My company has a .com and .eu version of our site. I recently installed Back In Stock on our .com site. Support and setup was quick and easy, and the app has already performed and proven its value. It's a great addition to our site and I have now added it to our .eu site as well. I am very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the customer support. I highly recommend this app for effcient back-in-stock notification needs.

We have been using a (separate) pre-order app for capturing out of stock orders, but it has limitations. This Back in Stock app filled in those areas, as not everyone wants to be locked into a pre-order purchase. It was very easy to setup and integrated seamless with our store. We had one occurance recently where a customer got a restock notification, but the variant was not back in stock yet. We contacted customer support, whom responded within 5 minutes with enthusiasm to assist us. They were very gracious in handling our issue and resolving it quickly as possible. Very pleased with the app and their support.

This app has been a GAME CHANGER for my website, helping to drive more sales! We're loving this app! Customer support was amazing at replying (in under 5 minutes!) to our live chat. It has helped reduce customer e-mails on our end, as the app takes care of letting people know when something is back in stock.

Great app! I had some questions about installation and the team was very responsive....probably the fastest I've seen with any app. We have quite a few products coming in and out of stock and I've had customers asking for this so it was long past time to do something.
