Installed the app, it didnt show up in my theme so clicked the support button. Within 5 minutes had a support agent who looked into it and manually set it up in my theme! Also found out I could integrate with my email CRM - Omnisend so that people who asked to be notified are automatically added to our database. So far I like that the app has lots of setting controls so we can change it to match our brand. So many apps have such basic functions making it impossible to customise the look. Our previous theme had a 'notify when out of stock' feature built in, but we have been missing it when we changed theme. It really helped automate the process of not losing sales for out of stock items. Looking forward to seeing great results from Back in Stock App. Thank you :-)

This was easy to install and has helped my business tremendously recoup sales and I no longer have to manually email customers. Had a small issue and was fixed within two minutes (on a Sunday no less.)

App works well, fairly priced, good customer service. I don't find it to be the most aesthetically beautiful app (from a customer's perspective) but considering the cost it's very worth it. We've already made a few sales since installing it, and it reduces a large amount of admin work for us

Both the app itself and the customer service team are great! I had some issues with leftover code from a different app blocking this app from working, and they helped me identify the issue right away. The app is now working great! The App is very easy to set up and it's working perfectly well. Our customers immediately started using the feature in our shop. The design fits beautifully to our brand since the options for customizations are just right. Exactly what we were looking for.

Great support and generally a good app but fails for us because it's not possible to set up back in stock alerts that append the brand or vendor name before the product title. I have logged as a new feature request.

We were looking for an app to notify our customers when items were back in stock instead of having to make lists and email them on our own. We downloaded the app and within minutes had a representative walk us through and even helped set it up for us. The team that developed this app and work the customer service end of it are awesome. just starting to use this app but i was super easy to install and the customer service was attentive from the get go.. love the options esp the free one PLUS they offer texts and/or emails for "back in stock" notifications. WIN WIN.. definitely check them out!
