I recently started using this amazing app that sends me instant notifications when products I'm interested in are back in stock. It's been a game-changer for me, and I wanted to share my experience. Today, I noticed the app wasn't intergrated, but in under less than a minute, updated et voila! Done! Great team!

So far the app has worked really well. Many conversions from reminder emails. No complaints at this stage. Just getting a customer back to our Shop has given us many extra sales.

I like that the notification can be easily seen by the customer. The button to click to be notified is right beneath the purchase button. I like that the choice of email or SMS is offered to the customer so they can be notified when the item is back in stock. The customers is notified right away that the item that they are waiting for is available for them to purchase.

Great app. I have more items that are out of stock due to issues with shipping and it really helps to have this app because customers know instantly when an item is back in stock. Definitely worth it!

Overall this app is pretty good. I like the functionality of the sign-up form and how easy it was to customize it and add it to my Shopify site. The customer-facing signup form seems to be working great, but there are some problems with back-end usability for the shop owner. For instance, on the "Products" page, I can't tell what is happening when I click the "Send Notifications" button. Is the app automatically notifying everyone who has signed up for a notification (which on my site happens to be for lots of different products)? That would be ridiculous and ineffective - I need to have control over who the app is notifying; not all products are back in stock at the same time. I don't think that's what's happening, because when I go to "Customer Notification > Sent" it appears empty. It appears that no notifications have been sent. So I have been individually notifying people who have signed up via their email or text number when appropriate, without going through the app. Which is ok, but just seems clunky. It leaves me wondering what the "Send Notifications" button is actually for. The app just doesn't inspire a whole lot of confidence that everything is working correctly.

So far I had a great experience with this app and the support. I did not send notifications to customers yet, but it seems as it works well. Also, I like the the fact that you can cutomize your buttos etc. easily and that you have a collection page button (but only for th pro version).

We replaced our existing back in stock app with this app, really pleased with its enhanced functionality and the support form Jaydeep and the team, they has been brilliant, they have quickly done customisation for us and answered every question we have had quickly. Definitely recommend.
