I am adding more stars as after inital review I was contacted immediately and issue was solved in most professional matter by Rishabh. Now just waiting for the feature of removing the button after successfully sending email and I can put 5 stars. I actually like the app, but I am having a problem with pop up not fitting to my screen and therefore cannot see the link to close the popup link under the button. I have contacted the support via chat but reply has been "works for us with same resolution and browser". That is awesome news for you, but what if one of my clients sees it the way I do. They will get VERY frustrated as they cannot close the pop up and see if their email was successfully sent. So 2 stars for support!

Absolutely essential app for shopify stores if you don't want to lose sales because of temporary out of stock of certain products. Very responsive support and documentation.

I had previously used a different version of the back in stock app, which was more expensive and had less features. I installed this application and it allowed me to notify more customers in many more ways than the previous alternative. I would definitely recommend. Simple to setup and good support team too. Many thanks.

We have a large selection of organic food products, and with supply chain issues we are seeing our inventory fluctuate. Our customers want to know what we know about timing of when items will back in stock. This app very useful and easy to set up with important features. Customers have shared that they appreciate getting alerted when the products they want are available again. We recently refreshed our theme and design, and the support team here did a great job of re-integration in a timely way. Thanks. We would recommend this app to Shopify customers.

Been using this app for years and it's amazing. I changed to a new theme and needed support getting it instantlled,and I have to say the live chat support was 5 stars. They responded in a few minutes and fixed alignment issues and helped me tailor the app to my needs. Highly recommend

This app, bar-none is the best for back in stock alerts. The functionality is more advance than most, all while having a clean UI. I've worked with MANY apps available for Shopify and simply put, the support for this app is the most prompt and thorough of them all. Even better, they have worked on implementing features for us as well as fixing any bugs within short order. [Update] Wanted to add to this review because they continue to show amazing support. Avoid this app if you are running a serious business! Their service completely disappeared from our app dashboard before our major product launch, since we were relying on this service- we had to delay product launch until they fixed it. Reluctantly, we gave this service another chance after they offered us a discounted price. Today, their system sent out false notifications to our customers because the inventory count on some of our items went from 0 to -1 (NEGATIVE ONE) We now have to spend HOURS telling our customers that the notification they just received was a false alarm. No way to put those customers back on a notify list, to make things worse, we are sure our customers lost faith in the notify feature all together at this point! Using this app was a devastating hit to our new business.

Loved the fact that they have options, including Facebook messenger, on how we notify our shoppers. I dont think other apps provide so many notification options
