Fantastic app, poor support. I've sent multiple emails and I haven't received a response to any of them. How can I pay your subscription if I can't trust I will get the support I need? PS: I posted this review on July 7th, still no replies from you guys. What's going on????

Customer guru NPS gives a good general over view of customer satisfaction. It would be helpful if we were able to follow up on the feedback and ask "why do you feel this way" which would give deeper insight.

So far it is very easy to use. VM of the website is better ands resulted in a better user interface for us

easy to install and use. Would be awesome to be able to archive scores rather than deleting them. nice dashboard feature

I have had customer guru for a while on our website now. Its lovely, as it gets customers to try out products. The only reason I gave it 4 starts is so they can maybe improve the appearance of their comments. Contine the good work! Thanks

Excelent app, it lets you be on top of your costumers experience. We use it with the slack integration, which makes it very accesible in terms of data.

We love hearing customer reviews, good or bad, so collecting feedback via this app helps us to become a better company. A lot of our orders are bespoke which can take upto 28 days to fulfil, so it would be nice if we could change the scheduling of the automated emails to better fit our style of business.

I would not recommend using this app. There is no way to stop a survey once it's scheduled, the dashboard UI is buggy, there is no way to change the survey schedule once it's sent out, the survey responses show incorrect geographical locations, and the support is very slow to respond, or does not respond at all.
Hey Nic, I'm sorry you had a bad experience! I sent you an email with different options on how we can make it right, just let me know what works for you the best. For others reading this: * you can unschedule email surveys in Advanced settings > Scheduled surveys * you can customize the survey auto-scheduling in Settings > Integrations > Importing > Shopify at any time * there are 2 locations shown next to every customer review: a) the shipping location customer entered when placing their order and b) location based on the IP address of customer's device when they wrote the review. Unfortunately the IP-based location can in rare cases differ from actual location if the person is using a VPN or a mobile connection. * when handling our support emails, we prioritize inquiries from paying customers. As much as we try to respond to everyone within a few hours, in rare cases we might take longer to respond to our users on free plans. Very easy to use app to start our NPS program on our wholesale business. Configuration is quick and we are now collecting scores! Pretty hyped with our NPS scores goals and implementation

Simple and efficient! It is a great tool to measure customer satisfaction and be create reactive customer service with dissatisfied customers. Also a good way to measure the brand sustainability.

I love using this app for my business because I get insight from customers that is honest. If they give me a low score, I can reach out easily to fix the issue and when they give me a high score with comments, it's there for everyone to see...encouraging more customers.
