Good app. You will get tons of reviews because of this! I had about 12 in my first week of using! Most reviews may be brief but atleast its something!

We are still very small (under 100 customers). We did get about a 10% feedback rate. What was nice was that when I ran the app I did get responses from my happy customers, which was a nice thing because we got a couple of new reviews for the site. At this point, it's not financially worthwhile to upgrade to the paid version but I would definitely consider it when the site is making enough to justify it! One thing I will say is that I had a technical request and it was resolved relatively quickly. So, thank you, Juraj.

great app! only thing is there is no way to deal with some bad review, sometimes people don't know what they do( we are hobby shop, customer purchased a model kit by themselves but turns out he has no skill to build the kit, then they give us bad review said much harder than what they expected, but that's not our problem), and sometimes some people just want to make your online store down, if we can easy to deal this kind of situation, I think all the website owner will love this app. So far, there is no such app can help store or online website to deal with this situation.

Awesome app. Would suggest a little bit more customization of the email template for better branding, CSV export of data, and NPS by segment rather than just the graphs.

No one reviews you for 2 weeks? 99% of your reviews are 10/10? doesn't matter cause it'll go to 3 stars out of 5 if you have no reviews for 2 weeks. How can you not get any reviews in 2 weeks? well unless you pay $50 a month you only get 5 free emails to send out to customers per month to ask them to write a review. So it's very easy to not get any reviews for 2 weeks. Good initally but very very overpriced considering I can use many, many other alternatives doing the exact same thing for free

great app but i dont like this statement: "There’s something missing from your review: Your review is too short. Enter a comment that is at least 30 characters "

It will give you a really good insight into what is happening with your site. I wish we got this 2-3 years ago. Probably, would have lost less customers.
