I needed some assistance with a specific feature of an app and was very desperate to get this done. I had previously had a few other issues with the app that made my trial expire and Chintan was amazing! Not only did Chintan walk me through the steps, Chintan went the extra mile in adding the missing feature immedietley! Seriously great work by Chintan!
Bold team (Abhi, Brenda, and a number of others) have been very helpful getting the app set up and running. so far, so good - should be a great tool for wholesale cusomers.
Been using Bold apps for years on various websites. Daniel and the whole team at tech support is awesome for any small issues that pop up. Great apps all around!
These guys have the best customer service. We are in the process of replacing all of our apps with the Bold suite. They work very well, if there's ever an issue their technical team will get it resolved lightning quick.
This app has been awesome for our company and today when I reached out to get help with a issue the team of Mayank & Brysen got the issue handled very quickly so I could get back to helping my customers!1 THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

Priyanka was super helpful in helping me turn off my subscription when I was having issues. Will definitely give it a try again once they have fixes to the issues I was having with the app.

Great App just make sure you know it does not work well with Bold subscriptions and product options.
Hi there. So sorry you ran into some issues with using Custom Pricing with Subscriptions. As mentioned, we'll be sure to give you an update once we have released new features that allow for an easier integration between these two apps.
Installed Bold Quantity Breaks on our site csb-battery.ca Brenda returned my call promptly and new exactly what need to be done to get our site up and running with the app. The Bold Team did the install and it was done in less than two hours. So far it works great. Michael csb-battery.ca

The app does what it promises, yet I'm more impressed by their customer service. They helped me out with EVERYTHING and at a very rapid speed as well. Big shoutout to ma boy Eric, he solved all of my problems!

Brilliant app for applying quantity prices breaks. Nirav at Bold did a superb job in helping us integrate the app with the Product Options app to give us a really flexible and user friendly interface. Well done Nirav! Top class!

It does what it's suppose to do. Sometimes it doesn't allow customers to check out properly but with a few minor fixes, it works perfectly. Puffpuffpassit.com

Really great app! Very easy to set up tiered pricing at a percentage off or a fixed price (which is what we use). The Bold team had to manually install the liquid code for us because our theme is more complex but they work tirelessly to get it functioning for us and we're happy with the outcome! Especially want to thank Rajni for her excellent customer service with helping us get this app installed and working properly for us! I definitely recommend the app if you'd like to offer a tier discount to different wholesale levels.
