The app seemed pretty straightforward and it worked as expected, but I probably messed up at the initial setup process because some errors just had to pop up along the way. Fortunately, I came across Jennifer from the support team and she was SPLENDID! Just can't say enough great things about her. She escalated my concerns speedily which eventually led to a quick resolution. But aside from that, her interpersonal skills were impeccable. The customer service experience was a rarity in the best of ways. If it was possible to choose a chat personnel, I'd definitely default to Jennifer. lol But if everyone from Bold Apps were as marvelous as her, then that means all the best for people who support their apps. :)

We added this app to Shopify to provide our best customers with additional discounts. Unfortunately the app stopped functioning properly. Without a request, it looks like Bold Support logged into our website, created custom orders, but nothing was communicated. Called Support, waited for 15 minutes and then robot told me to call back later. Support contacted me very quickly to help resolve the issue. Will update once issue is resolved.

We use Bold Custom pricing to make different prices for products on our page and it works great! Rahul helped make it all possible and the whole Bold team is very knowledgable and excellent to work with! You should use Bold if you need to come up with different pricing tiers.

The Bold Custom Pricing app makes pricing our wholesale products simple. Would recommend this app for anyone looking to create "tiered" pricing models using customer tags. Also, their customer service is excellent and is super responsive.

This apps allows us to offer discounted prices for different users groups and wholesale. Flexible yet still easy to use and great support - Simran solved my problem within minutes! Great app and service overall Update: Rajni was outstanding in solving a problem that just came up. THANK YOU

The app is very easy to use and set up. The customer service is extraordinary. Mayank helped me solve our issue with incompatibility with another app in minutes. He exactly pinpointed what the issue was and we were able to fix the issue immediately. great work and keep it up, bold team!

Fred from Bold was able to successfully plug in the Bold Custom Pricing App to our theme. The process was done in no time, considering the complexity of the task. He even went beyond and fixed another error in our theme's code! Thank you Fred!

Took me three days to get the answers I needed but finally found it. I think some of the support team need to read the queries more diligently rather than just sending a link to after a cursory glance. Rajni keep on task with me and we finally reached the right info... Im going to try it and hopefully it will meet my wildest dreams and expectations :P

This app is very helpful, especially if not only you need a % discount base but a fixed discount base pricing. Also the chat support rep Rajni Harpreet was very helpful and quick answering all my doubts!!
