Intuitive app, simple set up and it does what it's made to do. It's a huge contributor to our shop. There are resources for assistance such as forums and youtube and, like in my case, If I wasn't able to find a solution the Bold team (Stephanie and Taylor) ware quick to help with an issue and very friendly. 5/5

The app is good, customer support poor. They are not easy to get hold of when something goes wrong. and app has glitches and no one there to answer emails

The app is great for being able to customize pricing for certain groups of customers. I had some questions about something I was trying to do today and Gursharandeep was very helpful.

The is a great app, that is easy to use, and adds important functionality required to build and operate larger retail and wholesale stores (Shopify Wholesale channel has no API). Bold also offered us good support when needed.

We needed this app to create wholesale pricing options for our website, but specifically to allow individual prices to be set per product for our large inventory. So far, in the short few days we've been using this app, it's done everything we need and was set up and ready to go in no time at all! The customer service at Bold is impeccable - friendly, speedy and very helpful which was one of the main reasons why we've decided to stick with this app in particular! We definitely recommend Bold over other wholesale apps out there.

This app is allowing us to do all the things we need for wholesale. Different price breaks depending on the customer, different items, etc. And the customer support has been unparalleled. Ashley in particular was incredibly helpful and got us up and running in no time. Great work Ashley!

Great app to insinuate customers to buy more on your website increasing your average order value. This app has made my business more money and pays for its self. Gursharandeep was very helpful and speedy in fixing fix any issues I had with complicated coding.

We have been using this app for 3 months and it has answered all of our needs. Though I am not techy, the BOLD team have been excellent and very responsive in assisting me with what was begining to feel like an impossible task. We supply worldwide at Retail price, Wholesale price and distribution price and have products that incur 3 different tax codes. We supply Countries which are both zero tax and standard tax. After trying several other apps, the straight % discount which seem to be usually on offer from other sources did not fulfill our requirements. We found this app to have the ability, to deal with all of it. I read so many reviews on so many apps, if I were to read this I may well think its fake... but... It's not... Good Luck! Installed this app and our website would not load at all. Only would load a white page. The content was still there on the backend of Shopify, but nothing would load. Luckily we had a backup saved. Reached out to support and waiting to hear back. Just wanted to make this review in-case someone else experienced this.

This is a pretty good pricing app and has a lot of features useful for running a medium sized store with loyalty membership and sales features. What really stands out is the customer service. I have encountered a couple of problems in the code of my site and so far Bold have fixed them very fast. Good work.

My site is very unique and has many diverse needs. The App is amazing and is one of the only Apps that can meet all my needs. The staff were amazing. They were very professional and patient. They addressed everything I was struggling with. My site is even more awesome now!

I uninstalled this app this morning and whilst this is not usually a big deal It has broken my entire website by corrupting my theme and placing every single product SOLD Out and disabled the add to cart function. I have lost all income in one of the busiest sales periods. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING. INSTALL THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.
