Custom Pricing: Wholesale B2B

Really is a terrible app, or developers do not understand the Ecommerce Business, This app was supposed to be simple, it changed my pricing of products, disabled my google merchant shop feed because of the prices, disastrous. BEWARE and enter with caution.

These guys ROCK! Seriously, Bold app's are amazing and their customer support team are legit rock stars while still being normal, easy to talk to people. This app works great for our needs and because of that have implemented others. Can't say enough great things about Bold Apps and their team!!

Great app that allowed us to avoid cloning our store for non-members. The support offered by Bold was INCREDIBLE - we had some issues when trying to use the app and they went above and beyond with troubleshooting the issue, adding code to correct it, and also with every customization/tweak we wanted to make.

BLOODY NIGHTMARE Can't take advantage of Facebook, Pinterest or Instagram sales channels because all your wholesale prices will be exposed. Not to mention, any time they do a liquid update, ALL MY WHOLESALE PRICES ARE EXPOSED ON MY WEBSITE. NEED HELP AFTER HOURS? Forget it. I'm losing money as I write this review because I happen to not notice this happened today until now, almost 6PM CT. I am running a sale combining this app with the Product Discount app, which works fine together, BUT after the liquid code install apparently NO ONE BOTHERED TO CHECK IF THAT HAD AN EFFECT ON MY WEBSITE, WHICH IS EXPOSING MY WHOLESALE PRICES ON ALL SALE ITEMS. Think about it, the sale is 40-50% off retail and the WHOLESALE PRICES ON THIS SALE IS BEING EXPOSED! THAT IS MY FREAKING COST!!! Today was the first day I tripled my Facebook Ad spend to this specific collection so I can liquidate this collection's stock and I'm getting a ton of customer service emails wondering wtf is up with the prices. They are confused and I'M LOSING SALES. Extremely pissed.

Had the app for years. They suggested we move to draft order pricing in December, ruined our whole site and dealer programs. Wasted about 50 hours getting it all fixed and back to the Variant version, lost thousands of dollars in lost orders. Fast forward to April, they update something in the app and now pages won't load. Support doesn't understand anything you are saying, wasted about 60+ hours and lost tens of thousands in orders. They're basically saying our size store can't be supported by this awful app, but they had no problem supporting me paying for it. On to find a different app, I'll update when we find a good replacement so you know where to look too. Don't waste time and money on Bold apps, the support is an absolute joke. Bold does not care about customers.

It makes it really difficult when shopify does an update and all of your wholesale pricing gets deleted and you have to redo all of your detailed pricing again. Apart from that, I have found this app pretty useful.

Update 7/10/18 - Zachary was an absolutely amazing help this morning. I found myself floundering again after their update (again, some of it is not very intuitive), but he patiently answered all of my questions to my satisfaction! This app does what it says. I find that while it's not particularly intuitive for the ignorant (that would be me), the customer service is VERY, VERY GOOD! Clear, concise and patient. Phillip has helped me to get up to speed very quickly with questions. Response time is almost immediate. Thanks!!!

I have worked with BOLD extensions over the past two years and the experience has been amazing. The customer pricing extension is no different! The UI is a great intuitive interface that makes the management of our products easy. The robo install was a great addition to the set up option and worked right out of the box. I did have some questions about handling a specific use case and the chat support was stellar in getting me the info I needed. I never worry about anything when I'm going to install a BOLD extension because every encounter with their support team has exceeded my expectation and literally blown me away. Great extensions and even better support!!!

App is working great as we implement a VIP program. Even better was the customer support. They helped implement two changes so that our AJAX features worked with the App. Thanks to Phillip who helped us and the rest of their team.

Tried this for our wholesale business & it works perfect for what we needed. I named our price groups the same as the fixed dollar amount that the actual group is to make editing easier when we add new styles. I love that we can hide styles now from customers that are not in the wholesale group. Took a little time to figure how to work with the customer groups but Bold has good support site FAQ section that helped me figure things out.

The team installed the liquid files on our site and got us up and running in no time!

BEWARE! This app will create options and variants for every tag and pricing group you create and causes major theme and site errors! I do not recommend this app at all. They did not clearly explain how this app affects the site even after I had requested information and then after installing their customer support was non-existent. Ended up having to clean up 4 duplicate variants across 1300 skus by myself! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS. It will mess up your site. It also does not work with coupon codes nor with 3rd party inventory systems.
