BEWARE! This app will create options and variants for every tag and pricing group you create and causes major theme and site errors! I do not recommend this app at all. They did not clearly explain how this app affects the site even after I had requested information and then after installing their customer support was non-existent. Ended up having to clean up 4 duplicate variants across 1300 skus by myself! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS. It will mess up your site. It also does not work with coupon codes nor with 3rd party inventory systems.

This pricing app makes it super easy for us to provide an online portal for our various customer types. It's easy to make adjustments to pricing, it's very user friendly, and the support staff is awesome!

Great app, but even better support, especially when it comes to integrating with our theme, and with Bold's other apps that we use. Danni stands out as a tremendous support person & coder, who has gone above and beyond. I'd say she is an invaluable asset to BOLD.

Absolutely awful customer support, we contacted 4 days ago, nobody bothered to help us properly install the app. The app installation completely screwed up the theme and regular customers couldn't put orders through. We ended up uninstalling this and lost money over it.

This app gives you a lot of control around pricing. It only take a few minutes to set up and once it is up and running, you don't have to worry about it. The support team is very responsive and will help you through any issues or questions.

The customer service and support from the Bold team is incredible! Very quick to respond and resolve any installation issues you may have. So many great features with this app and it makes buying so much easier for our wholesale customers. Highly recommend this app!

Customer service has been outstanding. A lot of great features and very flexible matrix to price your customers in a multitude of ways. Pausing groups in order to make changes has been improved to make it more intuitive and easily tracked Highly recommended Decorators Supply

Mohit did an amazing job inserting some custom coding. The day I asked for this to be done was when it was. Very quick process! The live chat is very helpful, amazing app. Harpreet helped extend my trial so I could try out the quantity breaks section. Very awesome and nice people at bold!

Highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to add wholesale to their site. Excellent service - prompt, patient and very helpful. Took the time to explain everything to me and walk me through completing the setup so it would work exactly how I wanted it to. Phillip was the one who helped me out and made sure I was comfortable with the app setup. THANKS again!

I've been looking for a wholesale app for awhile. Made the mistakes of not turning off groups that created a nightmare so I had to uninstall the app and vix all variants it created. Well while looking for another app made the mistake of reinstalling this one again. Charged me $50 and didn't understand why till I realized it was the same app I tried the previous week. Cancelled it again. BEWARE if you are not careful this app will show all your wholesale pricing to everyone and it's not an easy fix. It creates extra variants and it is time consuming as all hell

I had difficulty with wholesale pricing not showing up for some retailers. Mayank from Bold Apps was very quick to respond and walked me through how to do it - the problems were solved quickly and efficiently. we really like this APP and appreciate the very courteous and fast service.

We're currently creating our new wholesale/retail site and have been impressed with how fairly straightforward it seems to be to set up Bold pricing across the range. In particular the support I have had from Cam has been faultless. I have peppered him with a heap of questions and he has responded quickly and patiently. Quality of ongoing support was one of the things we were looking for in an app, glad we chose Bold.

I am just getting started using this app, but I have been pleased with the product and the support so far. It is the only product I found that let me create specific prices per item for specific pricing tiers. It is not 5 stars due to the installation process, which is error prone. You have to do everything just right, which includes editing code, or you will run into problems. I will say, customer service was excellent. I used the chat app, and they were responsive and very helpful, even offering to add code customization to my site to get the display features I wanted, which were extra, and beyond the scope of the app. I really appreciated this.

My business runs on Wholesale and Retail and when i first built my website i was searching for a third party app that provides wholesale. As one of the shopify experts recommended, i decided to try this app. After using it for the first few days, i liked how it was simple to use and that retail customers would see the retail prices and wholesale would see wholesale prices while logged in and provided wholesale rights of course and best of all (All on 1 website domain). I'd say this is the best app you can get for the money on here, Bold wholesale service is 10/10 as well, always helps quickly.
