I have used the Bold Custom Pricing Wholesale App for 2 years and 1 Month now. I can't believe that I have not written a review for it yet. Better late than never. I wouldn't have been using this App for the past 25 months if I didn't love it. I like how I can choose whether or not to use variants. The only thing that I do not like about the non-variant method is that I can not use coupon codes during the checkout. This is a Shopify limitation and has nothing at all to do with the Bold Custom Pricing App. Come on Shopify! Make it possible to use multiple discount codes during checkout. This App has worked perfectly to give my customers the proper discounts. Very easy to use. The Support is fantastic. Always quick to respond. I recently changed Themes. Contacted support asking if they could install the code on the new theme. Installed the code within 2 business days of my request. In the next couple of weeks, I will be using the Bold Discounts Sales App. Update December 13, 2019 I upgraded my Theme to a newer version of the same Theme. Had to re-install the code. Bold Apps has an automatic code install which makes installing the code fast and easy. But there were a few minor issues with the code install where I needed to contact Bold support. In less than 12 hours from my Support request, Brenda logged into my store and corrected the issues. The staff at Bold Commerce are very friendly and offer world-class technical support.

This app is very helpful, especially if not only you need a % discount base but a fixed discount base pricing. Also the chat support rep Rajni Harpreet was very helpful and quick answering all my doubts!!

Support is a joke. I can code better than these guys and they take forever....never trusting BOLD again

The app is great and these guys provide stellar support! They will answer questions, tweak things, basically take you by the hand and make sure everything is working the way you want. A huge thumbs up for the Bold Apps team! You can't go wrong with them. UPDATE: A shoutout goes to Rahul Patel and Taylor Courchaine at BOLD for the amazing job they did with updating my store to an older version of the app in order to provide compatibility with some of my other apps! Great app, great people, great company!

Intuitive app, simple set up and it does what it's made to do. It's a huge contributor to our shop. There are resources for assistance such as forums and youtube and, like in my case, If I wasn't able to find a solution the Bold team (Stephanie and Taylor) ware quick to help with an issue and very friendly. 5/5

Support was amazing! The initial install was easy but we needed some tweaks for the specific design theme we have and the support rep we had was so quick and helped get everything up and running.

The app is good, customer support poor. They are not easy to get hold of when something goes wrong. and app has glitches and no one there to answer emails

I installed this app and it helped my average order value to increase from £22 to £28. However, it stopped working every couple of days and was very inconvenient for me and I am not 100% sure but this constant theme change may have affected my Facebook ad optimization. It is a shame because the possibility of the app was amazing.
