Brilliant app for applying quantity prices breaks. Nirav at Bold did a superb job in helping us integrate the app with the Product Options app to give us a really flexible and user friendly interface. Well done Nirav! Top class!

It does what it's suppose to do. Sometimes it doesn't allow customers to check out properly but with a few minor fixes, it works perfectly. Puffpuffpassit.com

I use the new theme, very complicated new theme and initially this app doesn't work well. I tried around with alternative but get back because I used it on my other store. Go directly to support eam and ask them to install the custom code. A lot of email back and forth and the support team resolve the problem well. 100% as my expectation. The support guy Guri helps me a lot. I appreciate that support guy Guri and recommend this app

The best customer service around, Bhumi is an A++++. I've bothered her many 20 times lol but she always come through and is very fast and efficient, the best!

Really great app! Very easy to set up tiered pricing at a percentage off or a fixed price (which is what we use). The Bold team had to manually install the liquid code for us because our theme is more complex but they work tirelessly to get it functioning for us and we're happy with the outcome! Especially want to thank Rajni for her excellent customer service with helping us get this app installed and working properly for us! I definitely recommend the app if you'd like to offer a tier discount to different wholesale levels.

The app seemed pretty straightforward and it worked as expected, but I probably messed up at the initial setup process because some errors just had to pop up along the way. Fortunately, I came across Jennifer from the support team and she was SPLENDID! Just can't say enough great things about her. She escalated my concerns speedily which eventually led to a quick resolution. But aside from that, her interpersonal skills were impeccable. The customer service experience was a rarity in the best of ways. If it was possible to choose a chat personnel, I'd definitely default to Jennifer. lol But if everyone from Bold Apps were as marvelous as her, then that means all the best for people who support their apps. :)

We added this app to Shopify to provide our best customers with additional discounts. Unfortunately the app stopped functioning properly. Without a request, it looks like Bold Support logged into our website, created custom orders, but nothing was communicated. Called Support, waited for 15 minutes and then robot told me to call back later. Support contacted me very quickly to help resolve the issue. Will update once issue is resolved.

We use Bold Custom pricing to make different prices for products on our page and it works great! Rahul helped make it all possible and the whole Bold team is very knowledgable and excellent to work with! You should use Bold if you need to come up with different pricing tiers.

I was so lost. I wanted Quantity breaks. You seemed to have removed the ability to get the standalone app anymore and because of this I was so lost. However your live chat op REGINA helped me out and seriously solved all my issues so quickly. Thank you REGINA you ledge! I appreciate great customer service. And the bundled app is easy to understand once it was explained to me. Quick tip for Bold, maybe a small disclaimer about this new bundled app you have so that we don't get lost using it...as I am rarely disoriented in a tech app....that's saying something to me that you need more instructions about how to get JUST Quantity breaks within this new setup. REGINA you are a lifesaver.

The Bold Custom Pricing app makes pricing our wholesale products simple. Would recommend this app for anyone looking to create "tiered" pricing models using customer tags. Also, their customer service is excellent and is super responsive.

This apps allows us to offer discounted prices for different users groups and wholesale. Flexible yet still easy to use and great support - Simran solved my problem within minutes! Great app and service overall Update: Rajni was outstanding in solving a problem that just came up. THANK YOU

Cody was very helpful. The concerns I had were solved very promptly by Cody. I haven't used the app yet but cody was very helpful. Guri too Wrong - They forced me to say this and never even helped me in the end.

Today I had an issue with the Custom Pricing App, in particular the Detailed Pricing page was not working for me the way that it had previously. I did an online chat with Simran and he was able to replicate my issue with the help of Guri and they fixed my problem in no time. I am now able to get on with my price changes and adding new product. Thank you so much, great work!

It looks like there were a lot of roadblocks and changes that needed to be made in order to get it working due to conflicts with other applications on your store, which certainly is a negative experience. It looks like we last left off on a good note after our Tier 2 support team made some changes to your code in order to allow two conflicting apps to work together. Would you mind responding to our most recent email with your phone number and a good time to call you so we can sort out any other issues you might have? I just wanted to let you know that *we have somebody who can speak with you in Spanish over the phone*, as I saw that was a barrier in earlier conversations. :-)
