My site is very unique and has many diverse needs. The App is amazing and is one of the only Apps that can meet all my needs. The staff were amazing. They were very professional and patient. They addressed everything I was struggling with. My site is even more awesome now!

I uninstalled this app this morning and whilst this is not usually a big deal It has broken my entire website by corrupting my theme and placing every single product SOLD Out and disabled the add to cart function. I have lost all income in one of the busiest sales periods. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING. INSTALL THIS APP AT YOUR OWN RISK.

My store needed a complex pricing structure. I needed several different levels of pricing for specific customers, and I also needed the ability to assign each customer a certain level without them seeing prices. This app, combined with the Bold Memberships app, did everything I needed it to do. I could bulk import my product pricing, making it very quick and easy to apply the different pricing levels to my store, and with memberships, no customer can access the pricing without me first assigning a level to them. Getting this all set up was extremely tricky and complicated. I want to thank Peter Gregg from Bold support, who not only answered all of my questions promptly, but was able to help me with both apps and get my store set up the way I needed it to be. I couldn't have done it without him. Excellent customer service and overall a great couple of apps!

I use this app to offer my customers wholesale pricing. Its really nice since i dont need to set up a complete separate store with two inventories. The app works very well and the support has been outstanding. i would recommend.

We just love this app, and even more than that we love the amazing customer service that backs it up. Bold's dedicated staff will happily work with you to modify or customise code for you. And they'll stick with you until any issues are resolved - no matter how complex they are! In fact if you are under the pump and forget to continue with a ticket you've opened with them, Bold will touch base to see how you've gone with it. So they really want you to succeed! Full marks from us, thanks Bold.

Very easy to use and install. Today which is the 1st day of using, I covered the cost of the app. I hope my AOV gets better with this app.

This app helped me achieve precisely what I needed as a new business, but more importantly, the customer service was extremely helpful, particularly in setting things up. They integrated with my website quickly and efficiently, and their support team members, including but not limited to efficient and personable reps like Brenden, Jennifer and Nir, knew what they were doing and worked quickly. For a guy like me who is all too new to Shopfiy and liquid coding in general, it made a huge difference. I'm happy to say I'll be using this app to continue customizing my prices and discounts in the future. :)

I was offered a 3 month free trial to use this app with follow up emails and great response in the beginning and when my billing cycle came up I was charged the $29.99 on my credit card. I sent emails and to this day have not had a response. Its unfortunate that as these app companies get bigger we the customer seem to fall through the cracks of auto responders. As much as I would like to give a good reveiw on the product the lack of response when it comes to my money being taken is a no go for me.

As with BOLD's other apps, Custom Pricing is a great app with an incredible support team behind it. My onboarding specialist Abhijit is the hero of the day. He's super patient in walking me through all the features and provided suggestions where needed. We're going to use the app to differentiate between customers from different industries and can already foresee that we will benefit tremendously.

I installed the app while I was half awake. Things didn't immediately work as I'd hoped. Jumped on the live chat support and Brenden was my MVP and offered solid emotional support which was everything, because we all know tech issues are never fun. Got the problem in under 5min and now all is right with the world.

I have used this app for a few years now to cover our wholesalers so they can log in and order online. It has worked great with no glitches and is easy to use. Definitely recommend!

This app is wonderful. For wholesale, each of our clients gets a specific discount per product or manufacturer and this app lets us tag each client we have with a specific tag and set discounts across the board, which can be different for all clients or the same! LOVE IT and SO worth the money! Great job, Bold team!!!

Nov 22: Shawn was incredibly helpful today answering my million questions and he made recommendations that will save me hassle, time and money. Amazing customer service. Thank you so much Shawn! Then I spoke with Cody who also patiently answered all my questions about the Custom Pricing app. Great customer service all around!
