So far, so good! This app rolled over all of our pricing and enabled us to expand our geographic reach into retail outlets through our on line presence. Took the hassle out of creating line sheets & extra work that no small business has time to fit in or the overhead to cover. Great solution to a very important problem!
Really nice app. Makes my wholesale ordering process a whole lot smoother! It would be nice to be able to add a variety of shipping prices based on customer tags as well.
After the app is installed correctly, it works seamlessly for our wholesale needs. Easy to navigate, manage and separate our online consumers from wholesale accounts. The team was super helpful is assisting with a few custom integrations. Would highly recommend.

I've been using Customer Pricing since May 2015. Generally I'm pretty happy with the app. It is an easy interface for buyers and easy to work with on my end. I use a three-tiered wholesale pricing system which is fairly complicated and the app handles it beautifully. I don't like that I have to turn the app on and off every time I want to make a product change. It is very slow. And I also don't like that wholesale buyers can purchase something that is out of stock. But other than that it is good. And Bold tells me that they are aware of these two issues and working on them. The support has been amazing. They helped me install it for free. And they have been quick to answer any question.
We had several issues out of the gate, but after working with Ryan from the support team, all of our issues were resolved in a timely fashion. They are responsive and as of today everything is working perfectly as promised. Communication and timely responses are key to a successful relationship and we found this with Ryan from Bold Apps.

I tried the install myself, but must have missed something. I contacted support and paid the $40 install fee and they had everything working perfectly within 12 hours. Fast, efficient, great customer service - and the App is perfect for my wholesale dealers. Just what I needed. Thanks BOLD!

Excellent! After using this app for 4 months now Im very impressed with how easy it is use. It's become and essential extension to our store and we will continue to use it well into the future.
I think this app had great potential, and I would love to revise my review if I could get some straight answers from support, but support is lacking. 1st, we could not get the app to display proper pricing right from the start, VIP was charging members 10% more in addtion VIP lower pricing was being displayed in section page results for non VIP members. After paying Bold $150 to assist with the install, the same issues were still happening less the 10% more factor. Could not get an answer from support for almost a week. Finally got this resolved when I cancelled another Bold app that was not working in conjuction with this app, and Bold email asking why we left? Bold finally responded after my email frustrations with their support and challenges we faced. Within a day, the issue was resolved. So the new issues are that in order to change a price, add an item or change a variant, you need to disable the program which takes about 1 hr per 1000 variants (which means your VIP is down during that time) and then same amount of time to turn back on. If you have 6K variants, that's 12 hours of downtime. I think this app is made for companies with a few variants, but for a larger company there has to be a better way. I also do not trust the App for properly tagging customers VIP after purchase, Bold said it takes about 15 minutes to tag after VIP membership was purchased, but we are seeing alot more time and have to manually tag customers ourselves. For now, we have too many that signed up right away and have to keep this for a little longer until we test another app that will work for us.
Fantastic customer service! Couldn't have asked for a better support dialogue. Tamer and the team at Bold are incredibly professional. Will definitely use their apps again on my next project.
This app is great and the Bold folks are always really responsive whenever there is any issue. We use a number of their other apps too. Installation is a breeze especially with their help.

Launched a new site for our e-commerce business that has many different channels, wholesale, direct to consumer, and brick and mortar. Delivering the best user experience was really important to us, and customer pricing app solved a huge problem our business had. Delivering the same user experience our online customers have to our wholesalers. This app is pure gold! Support is great as well, to boot. What more could you ask for!
