We use this product to give our customers discounts on our product, and it has been great with handling our method of doing discounts. When we ran into some issues with coding things for our site, Cody was quick to help us out!

The best customer support I have received! The app works great, it allows the shopping cart to load much faster, since it does not create variants of the product to apply the discounts.

Could never get this to work and will discontinue the app. Have been paying for months thinking I would turn it on at some point, but have decided it is not worth the effort. Will just continue to build multiple products for retail and wholesale. Service started out at a 5 star and dropped to 2 stars since it would take days to get a response to attempted fix, to another few days to attempt to fix what the first attempt broke. Never did get it right. What a waste.

I just started using it... I am astonished with the incredible customer service, they reply right away and are very proactive. I definitely love the friendly to use settings. Thank you!! VERY RECOMMENDED

While our store hasn't actually gone live yet, we are very happy with Bold's customer service and tech support. Our store has a unique configuration, so there were some tech conflicts, but Bold was able to sort the issues out and get us up and running ASAP. Thanks everyone at Bold!

I'm happy with the app. I have pretty specific requests, and Stanislav and the crew have been super helpful (even when I change my mind later). The pricing structure seems steep to me, but otherwise I'm happy.

I have received superb support. Installation was done in time. And, their reps were always there to ask my qns. I did have alot of questions. Going forward, I have fallen in love with their apps. Now, all that I request of them is to somehow allow each BOLD app to work inline with another BOLD app. For instance, they have customer pricing (offer higher discount to your best customers). Then, they have tier prices (buy more, save more). These 2 are working hand in hand. GREAT! But, I am trying to figure out how Bundled Product will go along with these app. At the moment, it seems to be somewhat limited. Imagine the power if we could create bundles with an additional filter for customer groups. It will offer endless possibilities to create bundles for each group. All in all, I hope all your apps are somehow interconnected and would work seamlessly together in a perfect synchronization. And, that will be even better for us and your business. :)

I installed the app a couple of weeks ago, and Parul has been extremely helpful in helping me setup my complex pricing scenario. He's even gone so far as to tweak my theme code to show a range of variable pricing! I am very impressed with my experience with Bold and with this app so far. Thank you!

Guri at Bold has been, hands down, the best line of support I have ever worked with in the e-commerce world. Very professional and attentive to the problems I was having. This is the best wholesale pricing app out there. So easy to use and so much functionality. We have been using this app for 2 years on 3 different shops and we will continue to do so. Thanks Bold! The concept of this app is great, but has created several issues for us. The communication from Bold has been great, but they don't seem to understand what is going on or how to fix it. Each time I reported an issue, they fix that but a new issue appears. I seem to be going around in circles. I have decided we don't need the app more than we don't need the hassles in trying to get it working correctly. The other apps I use from Bold (Loyalty Points & Sales Motivator) are working well and I recommend these apps.

Recommended to use this for Quantity Breaks by Bold Support, as their quantity breaks app was broken. Worst thing we ever did. Sales down because it doesn't show 'From' prices on the collection pages and also when customers buy the quantities with discount doesn't get applied to the order, so totally useless. AVOID if using for quantity breaks.
