I LOVE the live chat! Great support getting started with this app! It is hard to find this level of customer support that is available so quickly! Greatly appreciated! So glad I found BOLD and this app!

With all Bold Apps you must really look close at possible issues. Bugs hurt your site and customer experience. You MUST get ALL code removed. They tell you you can just uninstall but issues remain. We have asked twice to have all liquid code removed and both times they said they did. In changing themes wholesale default pricing now shows up. It is crazy. Before registration button was gone with the loyalty app. Don't walk, run from this company. Bad software.

I'm giving the Bold App a 5-Star review. We've only had the app installed for a couple of days and our website has not officially launched as of yet (although all tests so far have shown smooth and full functionality so far), but I really wanted to write about Bold's service. We've been in conversation with the support team at Bold for the past week and the experience has been really really great. The download was easy and then we needed help with the coding process. The Bold Support Team was "on it" at our request. They gave us time-line specifics and have kept us "in-the-loop" every step of the way. If my staff had a question, we simply sent an email request and we literally had replies within the hour. So at the moment I/We cannot say enough good things about Bold, their pricing, and their process.

Bad customer service, had to wait so long to get an answer that is not good answer and it's very complicated to know who you have to talk to. This app bugs with many things like Facebook shop if you have sizing variants. All prices are being visible by your Facebook followers !! It bugs also the filters app because it create for example ( small-retail, small-wholesale...) so you have many many filter unnecessary. It slow down the website, very much !! The hide tags is not clever, it would have been better to make a ( -show ) tag instead of -hide, and choosing not to be visible it's the native solution of Shopify, so the default visitor don't see anything and you avoid many tags for nothing. It double the inventory size because of the way it multiply the variants in order to the quantity of your type of pricing... It creates to much tags that is really not friendly user and not clean in the end if you want to have a simple preview of your tags. Well, I don't recommand that app if you us many apps like me.

We use this app to manage pricing for our most loyal customers and our resellers. Works well for us and great customer support. Support has been excellent. Special shout-out to Cam, super responsive and helpful.

This app is the BOMB! I have been using the Recurring Membership module from BOLD for quite a while to manage annual memberships for digital downloads, and it works great, but by adding in the Customer Pricing app as well, my life just got 100% easier, because the tagging from the membership app is automatically picked up through the customer pricing and I just need one product. I haven't even looked at any of the other options that are available in this app, but I am sure that I am going to take advantage of them for more promotions, including discounts on physical products for members, and also other membership structures. BOLD really rocked it with this app for sure.

I would like to reiterate what Emmi Micallef said in the review below. They have done custom tweaks for us and have worked on and troubleshooted a few issues, always in a supremely professional, efficient way. Nothing is too much trouble. All this in done despite the time zone differences between us! You can feel the passion they have for their work. BOLD are a marvellous company to work with.

We just had Bold Apps install their Customer Pricing and Quantity Breaks combo app on our site, and we couldn't be happier. Customer service response time has been lightning fast, and the integration (in spite of our complicated Shopify setup) was fast and flawless. We're now running a handful of apps built by Bold Apps on our shop, and every one of them came with excellent customer service and improved our shop so much they paid for themselves. I can't recommend this team enough.

This is revolutionary for us, what a great app! We use a number of Bold Apps that have increased sales and productivity - they are by far the best apps for Shopify! We received awesome support from Brendan at Bold Apps for the liquid install, and it was installed within hours after adding the app. Their customer service is superb. What more can I say, just try this app out if you're looking for tiered pricing, it's simple, easy to use and just works great!

This app works very well. We really enjoy the flexibility of the app and the support team is wonderful. The only drawback is that it creates product variants for discounts, but we have been told they are planning to improve the app to not require this condition in the next couple of months. Overall, this app functioned properly with the other Bold apps that we use. Bold has a lot of very useful apps that we incorporate in our store.

Still just testing the app. We did the liquid Install ourselves and it messed up the entire store, tone of error messages etc.. Had them to the install and still had error messages. So we did a full app removal and had them do it from the beginning. And now it is up and working without error codes. Definately recomend them doing the install from the beginning.

This app is very helpful. Our company ScalisiSkincare.com sells both wholesale and retail. This allows us to process our wholesale orders on the shopify site and have it fulfilled through our normal process instead of separate billing through quickbooks. I also appreciate how fast the customer support team responds. Recommend this app highly.

I developed a new theme for Kickoff Couture & we needed the Bold app re-installed into the new theme. Arcee was 100% the most amazing help, constantly answering all questions because I honestly had no clue about why Bold was doing the things it was doing for us. Arcee single-handedly helped us install and setup the Customer Pricing app. LOVE LOVE ARCEE!!!!!!
