This app worked like a charm for what we needed. We did encounter a little bump along the way, but the people at Bold App sorted us out immediately and found the mistake we made. They fixed it and got us up and running for CyberMonday. Very responsive at the busiest time of the year.

Of all of the apps we have installed on our stores, this one is by far the most important. It allows us to set up multiple pricing tiers for different types of clients, set up pricing tiers for our wholesalers and distributors and we are also getting ready to introduce a club pricing feature for large groups and organizations. I don't think we could run our website the way that we want to without this app.

This is going to be one of the best changes we have ever made to our website. We opted to pay the $40 for install. It was done 2 days earlier than we were promised. On black Friday it went live, but we soon found out there was a problem with the theme we use, not showing the discounted price in the cart at checkout. During my initial purchase of the app, I had requested a quote for an additional modification and was contacted by Michael. When I noticed that the cart wasn't reflecting the right price I asked him about it. Within MINUTES he was working on it and within 3 hours the necessary tweaks were made. All while BOLD apps was busy facing it's own challenges on a BUSY black Friday. I wish I had tested my theme more to make sure things were working right before launch and before Black Friday, but the speedy resolution made my day. I was worried I would have to wait until the next week. Can't wait to see how this changes our business and increases customer retention and happiness. My only suggestion and why I am talking with Michael currently, is that it would be great if the regular price would appear next to the special price with a line through it. That way the customer can see how much they are saving. As it is now, only the special price shows. I have no doubt they will be able to do this for me and at a reasonable price. Everyone loves to save money, and it's way more effective if they can see exactly how much.

My web site was already working for my direct customer but I had to do manual invoice for my commercial customer that use my product for resale with a margin. It was a lot of work to produce the invoice, send statement, track for payment, I had one employee full time for this administration duty. With the app "customer pricing", I was able to sell to my regular customer and to my wholsale network with special tag and offer them margin on the product. I can with the app, manage different price list, hide or add a prodcut to a customer and do custom price list. Two years ago, I sent every wholesale customer to my web site, they had to log-in and order on-line. It is very easy for us now, they pay directly at the order, they get their invoice and we ship them the merchandise. Its less paper work, and our cashflow is better, they pay net at the order. I reduce the work needed at the administration to put the emphasize on production and customer service. We are more efficient since we add the app "customer pricing" on our web site. The support team did a lot to help me install and start with my different price list. I know I'm not specific but they stay connected with me until I was totally satisfied with the app. It take a little time to understand how the app works and they answer all my question. I had to adapt some of my product option. I have different customized "product.liquid" that add some detail about our product. They helped me by doing some coding to get everything fine. I worke with a lot of support team online but the Bold team is great!

Disapointing. Not up to their promises and poor support. We installed this app about a week ago and sent 5 mails to the supports team. We have not got any replies unless to tell us that they are busy with an other developpment. It does not fullfill their promises: • Offer Customer Specific Pricing (only fixed price which is obvisoulsy useless or percentage). Good maybe for a customer price level as Gold sivler etc... but not other use. No specific price handled per items sold. No variant handled when you are using variants in your products with different price. It set up everything at the same price. • Use this app to offer multiple levels of WHOLESALE Pricing and use your same store for Wholesale and Retail. VERY DISAPOINTING, unless you handle your buinsess just with percentages which is not our case and I trust not the case of many other business. YOU CERTAINLY CANNOT USE THIS APP TO RUN YOUR RETAIL AND WHOLESALES PRICING with one store. We were expecting a specific price edition per items sold handled within the app and we just got percentage or fixed price. Very dispointing as per the reviews we though of using their apps more and more, but for the first one used it is a total ZERO. We hope to get a respond from their support team within the 14 days trial otherwises we will have no other choice to uninstall it and find an other solution elsewhere. We will study the other app available on the shopify store called WHOLESALER see if it does the work better. We will consider twice now from using other app from the BOLD team. Disapointing when you see all reviews telling so much good stuf about it. Also poor support after installing it. We had to ask for help to external developpers to install the app as the installation guidelines are not clear at all.

Customer Pricing is a great app! It helps us to create different price layers for different customers, also it is beautifully and clean designed hence very user friendly. We highly recommend it!

Great app to service both retail and wholesale customers professionally on the same website! Easy to set up and super easy to use. Opens the door to so many more sales!

This is the perfect app for our store and the many wholesale customers we have. Do not have to worry now about managing custom discount codes for each customer. Support has been good considering the 6 hour time difference. I had them install the app for me and it was installed in a timely manner considering the complexity of my theme and our use of multiple product templates with line item properties. My only negatives are that it takes a long time to generate the variants and the fact that you have to delete the pricing group in order to import/export products.

This is a great. I have 3 different types of customers and it was a nightmare manually changing each of them to their set rankings. This is seamless, simple and works really well. I would really recommend this to anyone who has 2+ customer pricing levels.

I ´ve been trying to install this app on my site and I am still trying. I hope this situation will change asap as it have passed two weeks since I installed the app and is still not working properly.

Had the App for several years and was generally satisfied but they have recently "updated it" and it is now terrible as they have removed the ability to manage the individual products? Tried to submit a ticket but you only get a run around within their system. Very frustrating!

Liked the idea of the app but because I only have a specific number of products in stock at a time and this allows wholesalers to purchase "infinity" amounts above the quantity I have it set doesn't work for me. Other than that, after uninstalling it messed up the variants in my store and I had to have an expert at shopify go back through to fix the coding.

Excellent customer service. You will not get a more dedicated supplier than this, they have gone above and beyond. When it comes to customer service, my expectations are rarely met, but this company blew them away. Service, service and more service. You will not go wrong with these guys!

Super easy! It was ready to import my wholesale customers within minutes! Paid the $40 to have them install my code since I am not well versed in web jargon which was totally worth it!

Product fully installed by BOLD. I found it worth the $40 investment to have them install this app because of it's importance to us to be installed correctly. I am glad I had them do it, the app is working perfectly.
