Had an issue with another app causing problems with showing all of the customer pricing options we had set up. The team at Bold were awesome at getting on top of it and being able to understand and solve the problem. Thanks Mo for being proactive and showing awesome customer service. You guys are on it!

I was Charged $29.99 for this app when I installed it and uninstalled it on the same day they didn't even wait the 30 free days even when I never used this app.

Philip, Mohammad and Mo are extremely responsive and helpful in complete the installation for me in less than 24 hours. $40 that I paid for the BOLD team to install Customer Pricing app for me is definitely worth it. Now the Customer Pricing app is running flawless. I am so happy that I purchase another app (Recurring Membership) from BOLD for my website.

Beautifully easy. Worth paying for the installation. Setting up different product groups and linking them to discounts is a piece of cake. We're using it to allow paying members to access discounts on certain products.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES INSTALL THIS APP. IT'S CHANGED ALL THE PRICING ON MY STORE SO EVERY PRODUCT YOU VIEW IS THE PRICE OF WHATEVER YOU LAST VIEWED!!!!!!!!!!!!! I PAID FOR THE $40 INSTALLATION FROM BOLD WHICH TOOK 4 DAYS AND NOW I CANT GET THEM TO REMOVE / FIX THE FLAWED CODE THAT'S NOW LITTERED THROUGH MY SITE ALSO, THEY SAY LEAVE THEIR CODE WHEN YOU DELETE THEIR APP. WHICH MEANS THEIR BROKEN CODE REMAINS ON EVERY LITTLE LIQUID PAGE THROUGHOUT YOUR STORE. I'VE DELETED THE APP AND IT STILL SHOWS WRONG PRICING. I'M WATCHING HEATMAPS OF MY CUSTOMERS EXITING. www.sunrayflyfish.com

I'm loving the app! We couldn't run our online store without the Product Options app and the Customer Pricing app, and the Bold team has made some excellent products! Their installation instructions were very thorough, and the support team is excellent! I had some questions about the products and wanted someone to review the installation and make sure everything was working properly, so Mohit with the Bold team got on the case and got us fixed up quickly. He also helped me troubleshoot some browser issues I was having on my end making the pricing app act up. Thanks Mohit!!!

AMAZING APP AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This is the only app of its kind that I've found to work properly (I've tried more than a few). I had a small coding issue (my fault) and contacted bold. They fixed the coding issue within 5 minutes and found a few other things that I missed and fixed that as well. I would highly recommend this app, and know that if you have any issues you will be taken care of! -Jacob G

What is there to say the app does what they said it would do, it works perfectly, I had them install the app also which was painless and fast, really good app.
