This App is simple. It does exactly what it says it does, and costumer service is outstanding. Documentation is great and the video tutorials make everything even simpler. We had been looking and reading about other apps like it and we are glad this was our first and only choice. Thank you Bold Apps!

I have a jewellery business with both retail and wholesale customers. This app has allowed me to present my collections in wholesale dollars to my stockists - so they can very easily order from me online. The app has saved myself and my wholesale customers oodles of time! I don't have to have a separate area of the site just for them. Plus I love that I can hide certain listings from specified customers.. some listings are just for retail, and some are just for wholesale. Great support. As with any new app - the more you use it, the better it gets and is easier to use.

Such a useful app to make rewarding loyal customers a breeze. Also saves making extra categories of products for wholesale customers. Just tag the customer and the app does the rest. Amazing support from the Team as always. Love it!

So far, so good! This app rolled over all of our pricing and enabled us to expand our geographic reach into retail outlets through our on line presence. Took the hassle out of creating line sheets & extra work that no small business has time to fit in or the overhead to cover. Great solution to a very important problem!

Really nice app. Makes my wholesale ordering process a whole lot smoother! It would be nice to be able to add a variety of shipping prices based on customer tags as well.

After the app is installed correctly, it works seamlessly for our wholesale needs. Easy to navigate, manage and separate our online consumers from wholesale accounts. The team was super helpful is assisting with a few custom integrations. Would highly recommend.

I've been using Customer Pricing since May 2015. Generally I'm pretty happy with the app. It is an easy interface for buyers and easy to work with on my end. I use a three-tiered wholesale pricing system which is fairly complicated and the app handles it beautifully. I don't like that I have to turn the app on and off every time I want to make a product change. It is very slow. And I also don't like that wholesale buyers can purchase something that is out of stock. But other than that it is good. And Bold tells me that they are aware of these two issues and working on them. The support has been amazing. They helped me install it for free. And they have been quick to answer any question.

We had several issues out of the gate, but after working with Ryan from the support team, all of our issues were resolved in a timely fashion. They are responsive and as of today everything is working perfectly as promised. Communication and timely responses are key to a successful relationship and we found this with Ryan from Bold Apps.

Great app and great service. I had some minor problems after the app was installed. I took some screenshot, and mailed the to Bold. The day after all of the problems were fixed and they even gave an extra free month. I will most definitely recommend using Bold's Customer Pricing app! It works seamlessly, it is easy to use and my customers loves it!

I use this app on both my websites and am very satisfied. It is so much easier for both buyer and seller to be able to do wholesale transactions directly on the website. The only improvement I would suggest if it is ever possible would be to make purchases impossible when there is not sufficient stock. But otherwise, I definitely recommend it.

Easy to use and does exactly what I need for a discount program. I even updated the liquid code myself and I have no programming skills, that's because the instructions are very well done!

I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH THIS APP AND ITS TECHNICAL SUPPORT. I paid $40 for the app to be installed. It was not working properly so they had to go in to make changes (FYI it does not work with swatches so if you use swatches they want you to pay $150 for them to make it work. Also does not work with product preview pop up pages) totally bogus. In there attempts to fix a liquid error caused by the app they managed to screw up several things on my template on two different occasions. They then stopped responding to emails after slaughtering my website. Shopify was able to fix one of the problems but because it is not a Shopify bought template they could not fix all of the problems. They were able to pin point why and how the problem happened but said either bold or my template designer would have to fix the rest of the problems. My template designer wants $200 to fix it and I am afraid to let Bold (the makers of this app) anywhere near my html code again. If you cannot install the app yourself and your template was not bought on Shopify I would advise against hiring Bold to install it. Oh yea, Shopify said my template is very intricate so they felt the tech support at bold was just not "tech savvy" enough to know how to navigate it without causing issues. Lucky me! If anyone wants to read the emails between me and this company feel free to reach out to me. **THIS REVIEW WILL BE CHANGED ONLY IF BOLD IS ABLE TO FIX ALL PROBLEMS THEY CAUSED ON MY WEBSITE WITHOUT CAUSING MORE! I WILL NOT PAY FOR THERE MISTAKE**
