Working with Jose and the Customily team has been great. Communication has always been spot on, but what I probably appreciate the most is the support. We’ve had a few unique situations with some of the products we’ve worked on, and instead of just telling us what the software can or can’t do, their team actually helps us figure out a solution. That’s a big deal for me. The product itself can handle a lot, especially when you’re dealing with more complex personalization. But having the team there to help you actually get the personalizer set up the way you need it is what really separates them. Customily is definitely going to be my go-to for product personalization moving forward, whether it’s for something I’m working on directly or for one of my agency clients.

At first, the program was a little overwhelming - but with a quick live zoom call, Max answered all of my questions and got me on the right track. The product and support are both incredible. Highly Recommend.

Exceptional app, unmatched support, and a true business partner Without Customily, managing thousands of personalized product variations would be impossible for a solo business owner. It is a remarkably robust, end-to-end solution that handles everything from live customer previews (including their amazing AI art features) to automated fulfillment print files. Beyond the excellent tech stack, their customer support is unmatched. They treat you like a partner, not just a software subscriber. Love the app and the training sessions. I try to get into each session that I can. Easy to follow, filled with much needed information and tips to make Customily easier and better. I'm not fully up and running with Customily yet, but so far my experience has been excellent. I've had two support sessions, and both were incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer my questions and make sure I understood how to set things up for my store. From what I've seen so far, the app appears to be exactly what I need to offer personalized products and streamline the customization process for my customers. Customily provided exceptional support from start to finish on my custom form project. I've been using Customily for some time now and I'm very happy with it. The tool is really powerful and allows a high level of customization, which works great for my product. But what stands out the most is the support. The technician assigned to me has been really involved from the start, making sure I understood the tool well so I could use it without problems. They are always there to help when I have questions or something doesn't work as expected. You can tell the team really cares about their customers. Highly recommended.

I’m new to the app, but thanks to the Customily team, I was able to get up to speed very quickly. Jose and the entire team have been incredibly helpful, responsive, and supportive throughout the onboarding process. I’ve been working with Customily and have had a really positive experience with their support team. The one-to-one calls and guided walkthroughs have been a real advantage, especially when getting started. In particular, Jose has been incredibly helpful throughout and continues to provide excellent support whenever needed. The front end looks professional and user friendly, and once you get familiar with how the software works, it’s possible to create some highly interactive and engaging personalisation templates that are easy for customers to use. The only area I feel could be improved is the introductory video content. I found some of the tutorials a little difficult to follow due to a noticeable lag between the presenter speaking and the on-screen actions. I think re-recording these videos with a slightly slower pace would make the onboarding process much clearer for new users.
