I was getting pretty overwhelmed by the app even after watching videos. I scheduled a call and just spoke with Jose - he was very patient and explained things well answering my questions as we went along. Just need to practice now !

Wir sind super begeistern von der APP und Ihren Möglichkeiten. Okay als ich sie das erste mal geöffnet habe waren das nur römische Dörfer, ich hab sie geschlossen und gedacht alles klar - wird nichts. Aber der Support ist gigantisch! Man bekommt alles Schritt für Schritt erklärt und auch wenn dann später was nicht klappt bekommt man wirklich schnell eine Antwort und eine Kompetente Lösung, also von jemand der sich damit auch auskennt. Wir sind froh die App nun am Laufen zu haben und können so auch unser Produktportfolio erweitern und sehen tatsächlich auch neue Bereiche für uns, die wir vorher noch nicht angedacht hatten!

Takes a little figuring out and getting used to. The videos and help though are great, it's super easy to figure out how to setup and connect it to your store. From the day we started support has been stellar in getting on top of any issues I have as soon as I submit a form. The follow up in making sure my problems do get solved is equally great. This company is very hands on when it comes to making sure things work for your store and honestly it just continues to improve as they grow. I'm glad we tried it out when we did and haven't looked back since. All the factors for what I was looking for in adding customization for customers to my online store brought me here and the excellent customer service and support is what keeps me using this app because I know I probably would not get this level of help elsewhere. 10/10.

Customily is absolutely perfect for customizing my checkout (which is pretty complicated). I have had to work with support several times, and they have always been very responsive and been able to help me out.

It is a complicated product, but the customer support, documentation, and what the product is capable of make the learning curve doable and totally worth it. I had one last hurdle I couldn't figure out, and Brian in the support doc showed me what I missed in my setup in just 5 minutes. Just the best.

So very helpful....We are setting up our first Customily product and have a lot of variations to our products and needed some guidance to set up our first item. Jose was very helpful and patient, answered all of our questions and showed us different ways to customize our product through customly. The meeting was easy to set up and we recieved a recorded copy of the meeting after which was helpful when we went back on our own to do some work. A+ in customer service!

Absolutely the best app for product customization, and even better support! Customily has been a game-changer for our business. It’s more than just an app, it’s a complete solution, thanks to the incredible support and training from Jose and Jhrofey. Their guidance allowed us to achieve every custom design we envisioned. Anytime we had questions or ran into issues (which, in 90% of the cases, were due to our own setup mistakes), they patiently walked us through the solutions, often by setting up Zoom calls to resolve things live. Their dedication, professionalism, and willingness to help have made a huge difference for us. Without a doubt, Customily is the best app in the industry when it comes to product customization. Highly recommended! Thank You - Jose, Jhrofy, Henri and Ngoc guys.
