This app is total time wasting. Customer service is useless. I Just wasted time for nothing. There are no easy access to cancel the plane

First and foremost, we'd like to clarify a few facts regarding your experience: - We extended your free trial from the initial 2 weeks to 3 weeks to ensure you had ample time to explore our app and its features. - We understand that you had several interactions with our Support Agents during your trial period. Our team is here to assist and guide you to make the most of our app. - We acknowledge that you encountered issues from the beginning and even reinstalled the app. We also assisted you in installing the necessary stores. - You requested a Feed Setup for one of your stores connected to the Google Channel, which we promptly completed. Due to some complexity in the setup, we extended your free trial by an additional week as a goodwill gesture. - Upon completing the Feed Setup, we sent you an email with instructions on what additional data needed to be added to make it fully functional. We want to clarify that our intention has always been to empower you with the tools and guidance to set up and manage your store effectively. While we offer comprehensive support, including tutorials, guides, and assistance from our Support Agents, we do not set up stores or manage them on behalf of our users. We appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve our services. We understand that your expectations were high, and we apologize if these were not met. If you have further questions or need assistance with a more comprehensive setup, we recommend considering our Feed Factory feature, which provides end-to-end assistance. My company has used DataFeedWatch for years, however, I am a beginner. I've had an issue I needed to be resolved ASAP. After failed attempts by myself to resolve the issue I reached out to their support chat, and WOW! Casper was so knowledgeable and an actual rockstar helping me understand the problem, where I could locate it in the future, and the next steps I would need to take. By far the best app to customize your product feed, but what makes it a 5-star experience is the customer support. They're quick to respond and have helped me out on multiple occasions. Props to Claire for the 5-star customer service.

I am a beginner with Data Feed Watch; since before I was working with a marketing agency whom was doing all the updates from Shopify store with a personalized tool. Great experience overall! Truthfully DFW is a bit overwhelming/cumbersome at first, but their support team is top notch and has been able to help resolve every issue.

The best app for handling your feeds. The customer support team is out of this world. They are so knowledgeable and will help you fix issues even if its not coming from their platform. I was having a feed issue and he was able to track it down to Google and helped me fix the issue over there. 10000000% recommend if you need help managing your feeds

DataFeedWatch is the best feed management app I've worked with across a number of businesses and eCommerce platforms. The features, flexibility, support and pricing can't be beat. Whenever I work on an eCom project that requires feed setup, I always choose DFW. Always a great experience working with their experts. Marvin in particular has been very helpful in answering questions to help overcome obstacles on a project with very custom setup in Shopify.

We have been using DataFeedWatch for over a year and are currently feeding 8 different channels through their app. It's an incredibly user-friendly app, which allow you to customize and automate your feed in a lot of powerful ways. Through manipulating our data so it's optimized for each channel, our CTR and ROAS have increased on all our marketing channels. Another good thing about DataFeedWatch is their reasonable pricing, their excellent and swift customer support on chat/email and the large help center allowing you to learn most things on your own. I have no second thoughts recommending this company/app for other Shopify merchants.

No problems as of yet. Extremely helpful app for those who manage an ecommerce shopping feed on multiple platforms. Support is quick and responsive from my experience. Some functions like copying channels between stores has to be done by support oddly. But they are quick to help out.

Excellent support from the team each time, using both email and the chat! Maria responded in seconds, with the exact answers to my problem, methods to implement the solutions with screenshots guidance etc. Very helpful, and saved me hours of trouble seeking and trials and errors! Highly recommended! And of course, the app IS powerful and really does the job in setting your feeds!
