So far so, good. The site is easy to navigate and I like that I can add items in bulk. This makes it easy to edit and upload lots of items quickly into my store. They have lots of trendy products to sell.Crystal is very responsive and knowledgeable and has been a great help.

I was told to leave a 5-star review and left a 4-star because the customer service representative seemed nice even though I wasn't quite familiar with the store. NO REWARD WAS GIVEN as promised ( this was 6 months ago. Should have bought something before putting them on site). However, after receiving a return photo from my customer, I felt so embarrassed that this was the quality of products I had been selling to my customers (I thank God that most of my customers didn't buy from this supplier). There were no defects, however, the product looked very old, giving a thrift store feel. I honestly would have returned the product myself if I were the customer. Right now, I have offered my customer a Free product just to make up for this embarrassment. The return process was awful as there's no way to return unless you ask for permission. They have a 3-day return policy which is NOT posted on the website, I had to google it. Plus they took 5 days to respond, only to tell me that I do not qualify for a return or a refund because there was no defect. Didn't take into consideration how CHEAP their product was. If quality is most important for your business, I'll suggest that you BE AWARE of this cheap site. Most of these good reviews are not real, they ask people to write them for a reward. BE CAREFUL this may hurt your business. They have A LOT IMPROVEMENTS TO DO.

All in all they are a great company and the products are easy to find and place in your store. The app could use a few tweeks, but in all I love how it gives that personal touch and not a bot. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE GREAT TOO! The shipping is a bit slow, but they have no control over the shipping companies. I say this to let ppl know what to expect when the shipping is delayed.

Crystal was very helpful and even chatted with me on WhatsApp. Very flexible. Love the styles and quick delivery to customers. I just wish they had childrens, mommy-n-me sets, daddy-n-me sets in clothes/apparels.
