We just launched a store with Dear Lover and they've been great at communicating. The drop shipping app is intuitive and easy to use. The products all have really good quality. Would recommend to anybody!

Thank you Dear-Lover and shout out to Crystal. I have purchased items wholesale for my boutique and with her assistance I have also opened my online Shopify Boutique. Dear-Lover has streamlined the process and I'm such a fan of my control with inventory on the website. This creates a win-win shopping experience for my customers. I am still learning how to navigate this dropshipping and Dear Lover sent me some useful information with an issue I was having. I have done a test order and the item I received was good quality. The orders that I have done with them seem to get shipped quickly. Still takes time to get to the US but, is starting to work out using them as a dropshipper. They are very responsive on WhatsApp so that is helpful. I will keep using them just for their response time and being helpful.

We added Dear-Lover Dropping to our boutique about a month ago. The app is easy to setup & use. The products they offer seem like a great add to offer more economical price point for customers (to compete). Since adding we have had a few orders. The shipping doesn't seem too bad, they do process pretty quick and after ship you can track (7-10 days total). So far no issues with products that customers have purchased.

I have worked with many vendors and had many hiccups but this company is very fast with shipping,and user friendly app, and very top notch items. I highly recommend Dear Lover for dropshipping!! Credit card information compromised and charged. It appears it may have been a diversion to a fake site that compromised credit card information through the appearance of paypal. Be mindful when proceeding. I was unable to get anyone to answer on the identified WhatsAPP contacts and had difficulty with the responses that I received through the chat, the company was not helpful and did not seemed concerned about the situation or the risk to other customers - indicating that it wasnt them.

I was told to leave a 5-star review and left a 4-star because the customer service representative seemed nice even though I wasn't quite familiar with the store. NO REWARD WAS GIVEN as promised ( this was 6 months ago. Should have bought something before putting them on site). However, after receiving a return photo from my customer, I felt so embarrassed that this was the quality of products I had been selling to my customers (I thank God that most of my customers didn't buy from this supplier). There were no defects, however, the product looked very old, giving a thrift store feel. I honestly would have returned the product myself if I were the customer. Right now, I have offered my customer a Free product just to make up for this embarrassment. The return process was awful as there's no way to return unless you ask for permission. They have a 3-day return policy which is NOT posted on the website, I had to google it. Plus they took 5 days to respond, only to tell me that I do not qualify for a return or a refund because there was no defect. Didn't take into consideration how CHEAP their product was. If quality is most important for your business, I'll suggest that you BE AWARE of this cheap site. Most of these good reviews are not real, they ask people to write them for a reward. BE CAREFUL this may hurt your business. They have A LOT IMPROVEMENTS TO DO.

FYI: I have installed this app but haven't used it yet. I recently received an email from the app, and I am sharing the content of that email for everyone to see. I strongly believe that reviews should be honest and not influenced by monetary incentives. As a Shopify merchant, it is crucial for me to rely on reviews to make informed decisions about which apps to download and do business with. In my opinion, it is unethical for this company to solicit positive reviews from users who haven't even tried their app and to entice them with a $10 coupon. However, ultimately, it's up to you to judge whether this app is suitable for your shop. Personally, I have decided not to engage with this app. Here is the copied and pasted email I received from this company: Hello, This is Jenny from Dear-Lover. Secondly, as a new APP, reviews will help it grow. Coupons are just to thank those customers who have placed orders and are willing to leave reviews. Coupons can only be used when placing an order. Everything is real, not fake. Finally, because you have registered on the website, you are in the customer list, as a potential customer, we have also sent you an email, but we never force you to do it or place order with us, all up to you.
