We have had a great experience with Dear-Lover. They are fast to ship, the clothes are quality and I get a lot of compliements. There have been a couple instances where something was not right in the inventory but they are quick to reply all the time and are eager to fix anything that comes up. I recommend!

So far I would say I like this app, but when I do a "trial purchase" for myself, it says "shipping is not available for Oklahoma". Why would this app do this? Also, it is hard to get ahold of support for this app.

Update 3rd May25 Dear lover have stoped sending my orders since the 29th April and I don’t know why. The lack of communication is diabolical. No update on why orders are delayed- nothing and I’ve messaged them several times with no reply from them I’ve had an order with item missing, and they not responding to my communication Nov 24th: Communication is lacking, but they have showed a light improvement, so have amended this review. Even though I have my settings to not order out of stock items, customers have been able to order out of stock items on 2 occasions now.

Absolutely NO Customer Service. They will not answer message about problems with the app. Maybe a review will help resolve my problems. The app has great clothes and i would like to keep it. However, functionality in the store looks horrible. It has product description listings that even if you change it, it does not save for your store. BIGGEST eye sore is the Size Charts that are included in the product descriptions. They look horrible from mobile to desktop. You can resize them but it is either way to big on desktop or makes your mobile version go all over your page. I have installed a size chart builder, but since all the chart for each product are completely different, it is too difficult to go through each product and make a completely different chart. I have messaged about this twice. I finally received an answer from Sophia saying, Thank you for your feedback, we are constantly upgrading the app to improve the customer experience! No Help at All. I would really like to use the app in my store but can't seem to resolve the size chart or product description issues. Descriptions are after the size chart and have to be manually edited one by one, very time consuming cause you can't edit the template before you push it to your store.

This app is easy to use but I wish I didn’t have to spend so much to get orders out to my customers .. $33-40 for shipping… Crystal is very good. I Iike how easy you can upload products. I just don’t like that I have to spend close to $40-60 for a item that should cost me less than $15… Anyways this app has high quality items and been around for 15 years great!!!

I installed this app because I read all the great reviews and they do have really cute products. My experience has been very stressful. I can't seem to get ahold of anyone to help me with address for the USA Warehouse for my TikTok shop. I can't do anything until I have that, and no one is answering me. I might have to move on to a different app! I raised my review by one star because in the end they all did everything they could to help me. they answered all my emails etc. but now I'm having troubles with the app syncing inventory. it so frustrating! I don't have the time to sync everyone by hand. I truly wish they would fix this issue because they do have great items but if items are not sync it's all for nothing. this will definitely cost them business owners, Also, because they are not based in USA the time difference can be an issue sometimes. I do have to say they really did eventually help me with my TikTok issue
