This is the best CRM software you can ever have, the Whatsapp API feature is just amazing, my Organisation has generated more than 10X returns just by using one of their features. No second thoughts just have this software for your organisation.

We are using this app for the last several months. All our customer support is now in one place after using it and we are also able to automate the customer flows on Whatsapp through delight chat only. The support team is very cooperative. Thanks to Baz Chordiya who always replies the queries instantly.

Not recommended at all. Their support team is nonexistent and seems overwhelmed. Will commit all sort of deliverables and later no one from the support responds to the messages or queries. The product has many bugs as well, seems like they have launched beta product. When you ask the team to resolve the bugs, they reply that they have other priorities. Infact they asked us to remind them if they forget to respond to our queries. Funny. Anyways, there are way better solutions in the market. Thanks.

Update: the team solved our issue. And they are totally helpful and professional whenever we reach out for assistance. This is a pretty decent and useful product. Unfortunately, customer service is very poor, which is disappointing, especially coming from a company that develops a customer service app. Contacted them several times, and their follow-up is late if any. We have an annoying problem to be solved, hope they would manage it eventually.

Kudos to the team for being super prompt in solving merchant queries. The team understands the Indian ecosystem very well and the solutions that they make, fit very well to the communication needs of the merchants.

We've been using this app for the past 3 months and it turned out to be a great decision. After evaluating a variety of apps, we decided to go ahead with DelightChat and Bharat and team were an absolute delight from the get-go. The whatsapp group they created to resolve our queries has been amazing and the responses have been really prompt. The automated responses have reduced our transaction customer service interaction significantly so that the team can now focus on higher quality interactions with customers and truly focus on Customer Delight.

Out team at Theater has been using Delightchat for the past three months and our experience is nothing less than perfect. Delightchat offers us all the features we were looking for. However, the absolute best thing is that the team is extremely proactive and agile. Literally demonstrating what an ideal customer service looks like. This is honestly the best CRM tool available out there!

I'm using this app for the last 3 weeks. And it's impeccable before i used some other app that was lacking too much & the customer service was really bad. But since then I used this it made my customer retention like a cakewalk & the support team is very cooperative I thanks all delight chat members who support me a lot but one thing I want to tell delight chat please it's Lil pricey but it's worth it. Specially thanks to Thejus & Baz Chordiya

I really really love the App. It has everything I was looking for and more. The platform is clean, organized and easy to use. The support team is very helpful, they created a WhatsApp Group after our demo and are always there to help us right away. I highly recommend this app!

This App is just amazing, support is awesome - they even added a feature to the app upon request. Preetam and his team are doing a great job. Imho there is no better helpdesk-ticket system for shopify, definitely best value for price and didn't even tried the whatsapp feature.

The turnaround time on bugs/feature requests and founder's direct involvement make them deserving of a 5 star. We were experimenting for a week before finally switching over from Zendesk to DelightChat completely.

Das beste Tool, was wir für den Kundensupport gefunden haben!! Keine unnötigen Features oder überladene Oberflächen, sondern auf das nötigste Beschränkt und sehr durchdachtes System. Absolutely love DelightChat for customer service. The integration was seamless and simple, and the UI is easy to use. I also like that they have autoresponders which helps offset the labor of sending the same email over and over. Pricing is great for all the features you receive. Their support staff is incredibly responsive and very receptive to my suggestions. There are some features I would love to see - search functionality, multi-select for closing and tagging, exporting of emails, and ability to send custom mass emails.

I really gave this app multiple tries wasting several days before leaving this review. It appeared to work at first but then it just quit! It has everything you could want for an all-in-one customer service app if it only worked! Customer Support has been just about non-existent and I opened many tickets. I stayed up many nights to attempt to catch your office hours. It's like looking through a window at your favorite candy only to get inside and it's just a photo. Total let down! I'm so glad I haven't launched my page yet because that would've been embarrassing! Delight, small business owners can lose so much with these types of mistakes. If you're going to offer an app of such importance, take the time to work out the bugs AND offer adequate customer service to assist. Your lack of customer service shows why your CUSTOMER SERVICE APP doesn't work.

Excellent platform if you are looking to have all your customer communications in one place - works great with whatsapp, FB, instagram DM, emails etc., Set up and integration is so simple and support team is very helpful.
