Communicating with our customers has now been made simple with Delight Chat. Our team was struggling earlier with multiple business numbers causing confusion and having felt a lack of control over client relations with our team, we knew we had to do something about it. Enter - Delight Chat. Delight Chat helped streamline our communications and provide our customers with great service. The Delight Chat team is super responsive and are able to solve issues pretty quickly. If you're trying to provide your customers with great support at a reasonable price, this is a must-have.

At Anveshan, delight chat helped our customer experience so much. Having all the chat platforms integrated in a single platform with such great integration with Shopify was really awesome. Along with that, the whole team is very proactive with any issue we face during our usage or any small tweak we like to have in product. Would highly recommend to give DelightChat a try.

DelightChat has made life so much easier for us at Sleepy Owl! Apart from the ease of use, Preetam & his team have been very accommodating to tweak and make this a super helpful app for brands like ours. DelightChat is by far the best app that we have come across to help streamline customer interactions. The DelightChat team is super helpful and are very quick to respond to requests. I would very highly recommend the app.
