One of the best customer support apps I have ever found. They are upgrading their system frequently and their team is quick in response. Would definitely recommend this app to any business who is looking for helpdesk solution

This app is fantastic and the team is very committed to ensuring every store owner has a pleasurable experience. I am talking about requesting a feature at 9am this morning (Which most apps/companies say we will add it to our list and never do it) Not DelightChat! They had this feature implemented on the same day. Really awesome and the app itself is just great.

Our small team has been using Delightchat for about 4 months now. We absolutely love it! We've LOVED the ability to communicate in app about particular emails, issues our customers are having, etc. The quick replies are a life saver. It's a one-stop shop for us. We also love the bubble on the screen and the ability to input FAQ there for customers to utilize. The support is great too :)

Love this app, it helps my business so much! It is easy to use, the developers take on board any feedback and action it quickly. It stream lines our processes which is great.

We use delight chat for our customer support. The whatsapp chat on the website is very smooth and helps us connect with our customers effectively. We even use DelightChat for our social media replies. I love the team tagging feature that they have, it allows us to tag the chat to the right person without inconvenience to the customer. Would highly recommend this app.

I've been using this for three months and it is excellent to manage customer emails. It keeps all correspondence together, integrates seamlessly with gmail, Shopify, facebook. A great user-defined tag management environment that is also colour coded, clear intuitive screen, customer Shopify data shown and fully accessible right there on the screen. Very handy and definitely increases my customer service.

We were looking for more advanced and easy-to-use customer engagement platform. DelightChat was a good choice and if anyone is looking for Omnichannel solution, I highly recommend it!

Needed an app to see all my user queries from social media and emails at one place. Delight chat does exactly that and also has a seamless integration with shopify. Thanks to Baz for helping me set it up with ease.

Better than Zendesk and Freshdesk. I've used all those and Delight is more intuitive and simple to use. Recommended!

Been using this app for over a month now, really like the fact that everything is in one window. from Order information (majorly for WISMO queries) to product links/images (for conversational commerce), its reduced our reply time and effort significantly. With Instagram DM's integration done last month, its really become a one place solution to engage and help our customers.

There is only an android app so I cannot review that. There are some bugs. I tried connecting social media channels and it says they've successfully connected. However, when I sent a test message to our IG account it did not come through the DelightChat dashboard. The app has great potential and I cannot wait for the IOS app.

The Nestery is an Indian marketplace for children's and parenting products. With over 300+ vendors and a large customer base, we moved from Freshdesk to DelightChat in April, so we could have all members of our rapidly growing team on one system to address any queries from customers, vendors and all other stake holders. Working with DelightChat has been a really great experience. Whatever initial hiccups we experienced were immediately sorted by Sankalp and Preetam's team. What we like: 1. Widget on website - Has made customer support more visible and accessible to our customers. 2. Inbuilt Fast replies and Shopify syncing - They sync with Shopify seamlessly and have inbuilt replies with dynamic fields for a lot of the repetitive queries that a customer tends to have in Ecommerce (Where is my order?!). 3. Costing is not per user and hence, more economical for small businesses who are scaling up. What we are hoping to see in their next update: 1. A hyperlink that we can share to the widget for queries on channels like Insta DMS, which does not yet link to DC 2. Insta DM integration (coming by June end from what I hear). Biggest plus of all - Their team is super responsive and easy to access on Whatsapp. Thank you Sankalp and Preetam for building this, and making life simpler for us at The Nestery! :)

Our experience with the DelightChat team has been amazing. It is the perfect combination of a great product, a very simple and intuitive UI, and outstanding support. Whats even better is that they are constantly seeking to get better and to improve your experience. Kudos to Preetam and the team for such a good product and for being so customer centric. I only see them getting better and better!

This app really help us to have a more organized WhatsApp Business so we can speak directly to our customers and know every piece of information needed.

One word for DelightChat, Game Changer. Absolutely focussing on providing the best customer experience with literally the most seamless & user friendly UI we have seen yet. We currently handle over 3k orders daily and we have tried almost every customer support tool out there but we wanted something custom suited to our operations and to handle the high volume of tickets across multiple channels and that is where these guys stepped in. The team is very agile and the most amazing part is, whenever there is a blocker, their whole team steps in and solves it almost instantly. We cannot thank the DC team enough for introducing such a wonderful tool out there.

You ought to have DelightChat on your store to streamline, manage & easily handle every customer issue. Very easily replaces multiple 'desk' software & provides solutions for everything that you'd possibly need. Need something additional? DC team is extremely agile & they love to solve your problems quickly. If you aren't using DC, you are missing out big time. Highly recommended!

Delightchat stands by its name. Whatsapp, FB and emails on a single panel has eased out our operations and increased our responsiveness. Have been with them since SuperLemon, these guys have done really good work. The team has been super responsive and helpful. They know what the customer wants and they communicate in a way the customer understands it. Great job guys!!
