Nandita was very helpful when we experienced some issues with the app, very friendly with prompt responses. Allan was wonderful and he was very attentive. He tried to accommodate our request and went above and beyond.

I had to go through the AI Chat-bot first which contradicted itself whilst try to assist, but eventually it saw sense and offered me a human to speak to. 'Nandita' was very helpful with my request. It was a simple one but the answer eluded me. Thanks Nandita

Sandy was absolutely brilliant. Super helpful, really easy to understand, incredibly responsive and also proactive in helping me anticipate and avoid potential issues I hadn't even come across yet. Thank you so much Sandy - you were everything I hoped to find from support after 24hrs of driving myself potty trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.

This app does not work simply for subscription based website. I dealt with many of their support members and none of them were able to fix the issue. I do not recommend and still waiting for a refund...
