Nandita was very helpful when we experienced some issues with the app, very friendly with prompt responses. Allan was wonderful and he was very attentive. He tried to accommodate our request and went above and beyond.

I had to go through the AI Chat-bot first which contradicted itself whilst try to assist, but eventually it saw sense and offered me a human to speak to. 'Nandita' was very helpful with my request. It was a simple one but the answer eluded me. Thanks Nandita
