This app does not work simply for subscription based website. I dealt with many of their support members and none of them were able to fix the issue. I do not recommend and still waiting for a refund...

I cannot express how much money this app has cost us! It often switches off - as it did during BFCM because we needed to select the plan that was part of the app again for some reason! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

We’re very sorry for the trouble this caused your store, especially during BFCM. An update we deployed unexpectedly caused a few stores to appear unsubscribed even though the subscription was active. We understand how disruptive it was and we take full responsibility. The issue has since been resolved, and we’re closely monitoring affected stores. We’re also conducting a full post-mortem to ensure this doesn’t happen again. If you’re open to it, we’d appreciate the chance to speak with you directly and make things right.

I have been using Zapiet and have reached out countless times because our customers are unable to complete their purchases. The issue is always with Zapiet. Despite setting our products to "continue selling when out of stock," the app prevents customers from selecting shipping options when an item is out of stock, even if the items have plenty of inventory in our shipping location. I can't understand, why would an online customer trying to place a delivery order not being able to get shipping options because one of my retail stores doesn't have inventory. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE. This frustrating problem has cost us sales and has not been resolved despite numerous attempts to get support. I hope they address this issue soon.

Hi, I am sorry that you experienced frustrations using our app. It appears this review was intended for a different app, Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery, as our app Zapiet - Rates by Zip Code does not interact with inventory levels. App has gone down in our peak season, stopping sales whilst £1000's are being spent on advertisement, no notification of an issue when there clearly is, telephone line has no answer, so the only option is email. Considering how important this function is, especially when the margin between a sale & losing a customer is so small, you would think that they would have an easier route to raise immediate issues, rather than having to wait for a few hours for a response. Very disappointing....
