I had to go through the AI Chat-bot first which contradicted itself whilst try to assist, but eventually it saw sense and offered me a human to speak to. 'Nandita' was very helpful with my request. It was a simple one but the answer eluded me. Thanks Nandita

Sandy was absolutely brilliant. Super helpful, really easy to understand, incredibly responsive and also proactive in helping me anticipate and avoid potential issues I hadn't even come across yet. Thank you so much Sandy - you were everything I hoped to find from support after 24hrs of driving myself potty trying to figure out what I was doing wrong.

Amazing customer service, really fast response and helped me complete my task over 2 days. Highly recommended if you want to charge by weight to separate postcodes in the UK.
