The app works beautifully for our landscape supply store that delivers dump truck loads to local customers. The customer service is absolutely stellar any time I have questions or need help reconfiguring anything. We've been using Zapiet Rates by Zip Code paired with Zapiet PickUp & Delivery for 4 years and I couldn't be happier!

Over the past 4 years I have really been able to succeed thanks to this app. It ahs helped me keep away from alot of pesky third party delivery apps like Uber you take your money and also keep the customer service in a controllable state. Also shout out to the support team. VERY HELPFUL. They are HUMANS and don't just send you links to check bc sometimes you may have a unique question. The links are helpful but it's super nice to and almost a luxury these days to have the support team walk you thru so easily thru live chat. That shows you they are well trained.

A smart app that is consistent, logical to set up and works well with shopify features. A real game changer in managing and optimizing delivery revenue for our online floral store. Great support team too, very responsive and attentive.

Perfect app for customizing shipping rates by province or region. I had a few issues with getting it working, and the customer support was excellent in assisting me to see where I had gone wrong. Highly recommended.

Love this App. It does everything as advertised but what deserves 5 stars is their customer support! They are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They are quick to respond and they follow up in a timely manner when they don’t know the answer or can’t fix the issues right away. Kudos to Klaudia and Jeanette for their support with my recent issues with Shopify checkout.

Allows us to limit delivery to specific postal codes with varying rates in a robust manner. Their support is AMAZING. (Jessica) They respond quickly, explain issues well, and resolve the problems.

The Zapiet apps are on the pricey side, but they offer the best functionality and customer service is great! We have tried other delivery and pickup apps, but Zapiet is the best fit for our needs. So for us, it's worth it!
