Love this App. It does everything as advertised but what deserves 5 stars is their customer support! They are knowledgeable, professional and helpful. They are quick to respond and they follow up in a timely manner when they don’t know the answer or can’t fix the issues right away. Kudos to Klaudia and Jeanette for their support with my recent issues with Shopify checkout.

Allows us to limit delivery to specific postal codes with varying rates in a robust manner. Their support is AMAZING. (Jessica) They respond quickly, explain issues well, and resolve the problems.

The Zapiet apps are on the pricey side, but they offer the best functionality and customer service is great! We have tried other delivery and pickup apps, but Zapiet is the best fit for our needs. So for us, it's worth it!

With Shopify not able to configure UK postcodes, this app and its advanced wildcard matching feature is perfect to make sure your delivery goes to the right postcode areas. The app is easy to understand and the support team were quick to respond and help with any assistance i required.

Jessica was amazing in trouble shooting my issues with online ordering (turns out I had put a max cart limit!). I use this app for my customers to select in store pick up or delivery along with their delivery by zip code app. they make it super easy for both my customers and us to navigate. Their customer service is top notch as well!

This app does exactly what I needed. We use it to block off shipping zipcodes and it works well for that. I had some questions with setup and their support team was wonderful and patient. They even helped setup when I was missing what to do.

We use this app to display same day / next day shipping rates to select postal codes only, in addition to our regular Shopify shipping rates and it works great in doing this - our new rates only display to people in our custom list! Had a rate display hiccup upon set up and Jessica from support was fantastic in identifying and solving it for us quickly via chat - now everything is running smoothly! Overall I would recommend this app if you're looking to customize your rates beyond what Shopify offers by default. Update: Using this app now to move my curbside pickup shipping rates to limit them to a smaller segment of customers than what I had previously set up via Shopify basic shipping settings. Works great! Thanks Stephane for your help - I am so happy to know I can display multiple rates with different names to my customers at the same time. Fantastic.

Unfortunately, Shopify subscriptions do not recognize the Shopify delivery. This app is solving our problem! We are now able to offer our immediate zipcodes free delivery and then shipping for the rest of the US. I had trouble setting it up and the customer service was really great and quick! Recommended if you need this feature.

What another great App by Zapiet!...We use the Store pickup & delivery app and this app and they are both excellent! There support is spot on, when ever i have reached out to them on there Facebook page have always replied almost instantly! Sam is a legend and has helped me out no end with anything i did not understand or any issues. Zapiet is by far my favourite App provider and just wish they would bring out more!!!

Have been using this app for 12 months and it is great! Support is excellent too, I had an issue and they responded within 15 mins of sending through and fixed the issue.

Highly recommend. Being a UK store owner i needed to split mainland post codes from Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man etc. Shopify don't currently have this option on there shipping rates even though people have asked for it for the last 7 years. However this app is a game changer, easy to use and it helped me set all the postcode zones up effortlessly. i have tried all the other apps that offer a similar system, Parelify, better shipping etc but by far this was the best. Great Job Guys!
