I was looking for a solution for multiple PDFs attached to one product. I read a ton of reviews on DDA- Digital downloads before trying it out and I was not disappointed! I was able to install and get it set up myself easily. When I did encounter an issue I couldn't resolve I just used the chat feature and William was awesome! He helped me install some code for order downloads, setup my custom email so that my emails come from that email and we chatted about some featured I would love to see come soon! I also love how detailed the help docs are and with videos. Makes it easy to get things started myself. Thank you for the great support!

I tried several different digital download apps and they all were filled with issues i.e. can only upload 1 file, cannot customize any settings etc. Then I discovered Downloadable Digital Assets that had it all - upload several assets, customize emails, PDF lock and stamping etc. and I couldn't be happier. We are definitely ready to scale! And on top of that William was there from the start to make sure everything looks right and is working properly. I think I am now using this app forever!

I have been using your app over the last month to to provide a PDF product update to existing customers, and also to supply new orders with the PDF. Your app is amazing and has so many little tidbits that make my life easier (eg watermarks on every page, being able to edit both the "update" email and the "fulfillment" email). The watermark is really fast to apply - despite a hundred pages, it's only moments before the download files for customers on the 'thank you screen'. Thank you for all your efforts!

Fantastic app - the guys who run it have excellent communication too helping out with anything I need. Works like a charm and I have particularly large downloads which some app run into troubles with. 10/10.

BEST RECOMMENDATIONS! I sell books and e-books and lots of them and I needed a system, where one purchase or file could not be shared multiple times. Downloadable Digital Assets does just that, so I know that my books are protected. I must say that I have had the best experience and customer service ever on any app I've ever used. Will has helped me and even added features to the app based on suggestions - which means that the product works exactly like I hoped for. They reply fast and follow up - it's truly a passionate founder who wants to make the best experience for his customers. This app is absolutely fantastic! It does everything I need – and more. The interface with Shopify is seamless, and the added features, such as pdf stamping, and IP Download limitations, are super-easy to set-up. This app is great. Super simple to use to sell digital downloads. I appreciate that there are different levels of membership so that I can choose which fits my store, and their support desk was super responsive when I had a question,

Great app, easy to use. The team at DDA helped me put together a custom plan for my specific store needs. There were one or two things to sort out, but their customer service and support was quick, responsive, and on top of things. I'm now officially a Massive Monkey fan.

I love the digital downloads app so far. They have a library of tutorials to get things all set up. I was able to connect by Amazon storage since I sell a high volume of low-priced digital downloads. I love the addition of the download link in the customer account. I had a few issues getting things set up, but they were super responsive and helpful. The switch from Shopify's native app has been totally seamless.

I was absolutely dreading moving from one digital download solution to another and have been putting it off; only making the problem worse as more orders came in. Earlier today, I'd already installed what's probably the #1 app in this category and was super frustrated with the project ahead of me, synchronizing past orders, downloadable products, etc., and as I talked with their support and read their documentation, I realized that I had a long a tedious project ahead that seemed unavoidable. And although I've been on Shopify for about 6 years and feel like I know most of the apps out there, I decided to Google and see if there was a digital downloads solution that I hadn't heard of - thank goodness I did. I've done what I expected to take a week, in a matter of hours and their support has been super fast and responsive to answer the questions not already covered in their solid documentation. If you're thinking about a different digital downloads app, just stop and get this one. There's no product count limits or other nonsense, the price is very reasonable and it has all the features you probably need.

This is an absolute essential add-on for us, selling the rather large digital files that we do. Every interaction with the team has been great and they're open to suggestions on how they can improve their service* (*like any software company, ourselves included, being open to suggestions means that you genuinely listen to your clients and whilst you may not be able to do everything they want, you take it seriously on board.) Thanks folks! Keep improving your product.

I was struggling with the free one offered by Shopify. This one let's me do what I need to do and more. The Free version was good enough for what I needed but I chose to move up to the pro version. I had good and prompt interaction with support as well.

This app worked out well for what I was looking for. Customer services is excellent and very friendly. Contacted them via Chat and Will was very helpful answering to all my questions and concerns quickly. I do highly recommend this app. Fast installation and easy to use. Was able to customise to my needs. Check out their videos first, to see if this app fits for what you need before installing. Thank you so much guys for creating this app!!!

I love this app. I sell only digital products in my store and tried pretty much every app I could find. Downloadable Digital Assets was the winner by far. The design and interface is so simple and makes so much sense–add all of your assets (digital files) then attach the appropriate assets to each product. Boom done. I found other apps to be tedious and cumbersome. This one is super easy and super fast and every time I use it I'm relieved that it exists and that I found it. Also, the price is right.

Pretty good so far! I'm using this to sell presets and overlays. I have over 60+ items and it works fast and smooth.
