A real person answers the chat, and they always answer right away. It's so helpful and so refreshing to not be chatting with a BOT! Highly recommend.

I love how simple this app is. I tried two other apps before finding BIG digital. This one has the downloads available right after checkout which was a big part of what I was looking for. Filemonk didn't seem to have that option and then Alva showed they did but I couldn't even find the option to enable it anywhere in my theme app settings or in their app. I did have to upgrade my customer checkout experience to properly integrate this app with my store but it was super easy, just the click of a button in my Check Out section of my settings. Support was really quick with responding unlike the other two apps I tried. Literally instant! Thank you Big Digital! Already upgraded because of how wonderful support was and how easy it's been to get everything working with my site!

This app has been so easy for me to sell my digital products! It's very cost efficient for my budget and their customer support team had my store verified in no time. My number one pick for selling digital products!

The support people are so responsive and helpful. Love that when you verify the site, they give you more storage and take away their branding. I would definitely recommend this app.

This app works GREAT and is super easy to use!!! I love the customization options to upload my logo and brand colors. The ability to be able to upload all of the download links in the email is amazing! Much better customer experience to have all of the download links in the email rather than linking to another storage site. Thanks for this fantastic app!!
