Customer service is fast and friendly. While I've had very few issues (mostly my error) they are super quick to reply and walk me through the issue/resolution.

I just downloaded this app for my digital products and Leo was phenomenal to work with and answered all my questions and helped me understand how to use the app. The customer support is top tier. Thank you!

I love this app already, I was having a problem with not being able to send different files for different variants under 1 product, but this app makes this easy. I spoke to Leo through the app chat who was helpful with answering the few questions I did have - when I was having a blonde moment. Would recommend.

I downloaded this app after trying a few others and I have found it to be the best for my digital art store. It has everything I need and being able to upload several files for one product is great. I had a few questions about setting things up and I received a super fast, helpful response on their chat feature. I have now upgraded to the pro plan and I look forward to adding all my products. This application is easy to use. Multiple options to modify according to the user's desire. The package prices are very reasonable. It does not cause slowness in the site.

Hands down the best key and file sender in the market. It sure needs a few features in it so it can be perfect, like making keys available again if the order was not paid/expired, and also the integration with the amazing new shopify account pages. But hey, their support is stellar with Leo and Mateo always helping me out and being so friendly. I have no regrets at all. Go for it.

Mateo, is a life saver. He helped me reconfigure orders to one email instead of three. I am not tech savvy and Mateo walked me through the whole process. Thank you Mateo!!!

A great app! I had a really hard time deciding which digital downloads app to use for my business and tried many. When I stumbled upon this app, I found it the simplest and most intuitive to use. It also has a very smooth delivery experience (right after checkout and email). To top it all, the founder and customer support helped me setup with everything I needed very quickly! I really recommend this app.

Mateo was very warm and helpful. I'd had a long day and just jumped on to see what else I needed to do before uploading my digital content. I had a question and Mateo answered it, offering encouragement at the end. The app is easy to use for the most part. I am not tech-savvy. The parts that I am not to sure about, I'll figure out in time. For now, what I know will help me with what I need to do.
