The contact support it is really great! I had an issue with a digital product which was not even related to the Big digital downloads products, but Theo really helped me resolving it. Really recommend this app!

Great App and great value, I've been using it for over a year. Needed to add the download button on my thank you page, and the support team walked me through it. Highly recommended.

As a newbie to building a Shopify store, I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of use of BIG Digital Downloads. Setup was smooth and adding new products to my store was a breeze. Highly recommended for beginners looking for an easy solution.

So far so good! I was looking for an easier way to provide digital products to my customers and Hopefully this is it! Mateo was excellent via Chat as I'm still in the process of uploading products but he reassured me if I had any issues to contact them directly. Great Customer service! Thank you!

I just downloaded the app and spoke with Leo, the app founder to confirm my shop. He's super kind and ready to guide you through the app and answer any questions you might have. I also uploaded my first digital file, which was super easy to do so.

The app is super easy to use, well priced and has all the features i need to attach a digital product to my shopify products! I spoke to the owner with regards to a tech issue and he was super helpful! Highly recommend this app if you're looking to sell digital products!

This app has been pretty much self explanatory to set up. Clear and straight forward all the way. As a newbie to creating digital downloads I had done some researcch but I needed a bit of help with a few things related to the exact settings of this app. The super fast personal response has been really great and put my mind at rest. Tnanks a mill.

2 review i post, but this time it's 8 months after using this app for my business: please, don't listen to 1 star reviews because this is the best app i could choose when i started my business, keep up the good work and thank you so much for helping my business everyday. Truly grateful.

App works very well would highly recommend but every once in a while it doesn't fulfill orders or is delayed so you have to fulfill manually. Still worth it.
